【正文】 摘 要針對大連機車廠現(xiàn)有的工藝,本文利用工業(yè)工程相關(guān)理論對整個車輪工藝程序、流程以及布置徑路進行了分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的改進措施,為將來大連機車廠將要建設(shè)新的廠區(qū)提供設(shè)計參考。(1)運用程序分析的方法,對大連機車廠車輪加工進行了工藝程序分析,繪出了改進前后工藝程序,對比說明了改進后提高了加工效率。(2)運用流程程序分析以及布置和經(jīng)路分析理論,從工藝流程以及布置和經(jīng)路等方面對大連機車廠機五車間進行了改進,縮短了搬運時間,提高了效率。(3)通過改進鉆床的定位系統(tǒng)取消了劃線定位打沖眼的加工步驟,節(jié)省了一道工序。通過改進檢驗設(shè)備來將磁粉探傷和超聲波探傷工序合并達到優(yōu)化的目的。將輻板孔倒角加工設(shè)備移動到鉆輻板孔設(shè)備附近來減少搬運距離。將精車一加工設(shè)備移動到大門附近,把精車二加工設(shè)備移動到磁粉探傷儀對面,這樣既減少了搬運距離又解決了路線交叉問題。通過改變半成品暫存位置來進一步減少搬運距離。關(guān)鍵詞:程序分析 流程程序分析 工藝程序分析 ABSTRACTFor the existing technology of Dalian Lootive Plant, we used the theory of industrial engineering technology program to analyze the entire wheel, process and path layout, and proposed measures for improvement accrondingly which would provide design reference to Dalian Lootive Works for the future to build the new plant (1)We used program analysis methods to Dalian Lootive Works Wheel processing to the technology program analysis, plotted improvement program before and after the process, illustrated that we improved the processing efficiency after the improvement. (2) We used the way of layout and flow of program analysis and theory of the way, from process and layout and the way, improved jiwu of Dalian Lootive Works, reduced the handling time and improved efficiency.
