【正文】 小微企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展研究摘 要對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家而言，小微企業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅可以增進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，在社會(huì)的安定和諧發(fā)展方面也有著重要的作用。從現(xiàn)有的小微企業(yè)總數(shù)來(lái)看，不論是在對(duì)GDP做出的貢獻(xiàn)，在促進(jìn)就業(yè)緩解就業(yè)問(wèn)題和社會(huì)安定方面都是不可替代的。但小微企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行中能得到的金融資源卻仍很匱乏。因此本文力圖在小微企業(yè)融資難這一問(wèn)題上展開(kāi)論述進(jìn)行分析找出解決方法。首先，先確定了目前對(duì)于小微企業(yè)和企業(yè)融資等的概念界定，并探討了目前狀態(tài)下小微企業(yè)的融資方式，引出小微企業(yè)融資難問(wèn)題，并分析產(chǎn)生的原因。然后選取建設(shè)銀行針對(duì)小微企業(yè)的金融產(chǎn)品結(jié)合實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行分析，闡述小微企業(yè)借助融資產(chǎn)品解決了小微企業(yè)的生存危機(jī)。本文最后按照分析的相關(guān)原因和實(shí)際案例做基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)解決小微企業(yè)融資難提出了若干解決辦法。關(guān)鍵詞：小微企業(yè)，融資難，對(duì)策及建議Status and Development of small and micro enterprise financing.ABSTRACTFor both developed and developing countries, the development of small and micro enterprises in economic development is not only in terms of social stability has an important role.
