小微企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展研究-全文預覽
【正文】 也可以清晰直觀的反應企業(yè)的發(fā)展業(yè)績，盈利是企業(yè)的重要目的，因此，越高的銷售額也相應的能證明企業(yè)的發(fā)展地位；最后是資產(chǎn)總額，流動資金越多，發(fā)展空間也越大，也可以表現(xiàn)企業(yè)的綜合實力。針對我國來說，小微企業(yè)的發(fā)展和運作的順利與否與我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關系緊密。政府在國有銀行和民營機構(gòu)之間不能有所歧視，更應該加大對民營機構(gòu)的保護，減少對其的抑制，使其更好的發(fā)揮作用。靈活的企業(yè)模式使得我國現(xiàn)有近千萬家小微企業(yè)，占所有注冊企業(yè)的近九成多，遍布于不同地區(qū)的每個行業(yè)。首先，先確定了目前對于小微企業(yè)和企業(yè)融資等的概念界定，并探討了目前狀態(tài)下小微企業(yè)的融資方式，引出小微企業(yè)融資難問題，并分析產(chǎn)生的原因。 小微企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展研究摘 要對發(fā)達國家和發(fā)展中國家而言，小微企業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅可以增進經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，在社會的安定和諧發(fā)展方面也有著重要的作用。因此本文力圖在小微企業(yè)融資難這一問題上展開論述進行分析找出解決方法。關鍵詞：小微企業(yè)，融資難，對策及建議Status and Development of small and micro enterprise financing.ABSTRACTFor both developed and developing countries, the development of small and micro enterprises in economic development is not only in terms of social stability has an important role.
