【正文】 畢業(yè)論文 題 目 我國典當(dāng)行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及融資功能研究 學(xué) 院 專 業(yè) 班 級 學(xué) 生 學(xué) 號 指導(dǎo)教師 濟南大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 I 摘 要 典當(dāng)行作為一種非銀行性質(zhì)的金融機構(gòu)在國民經(jīng)濟生活中扮演著獨特的角色。我國典當(dāng)業(yè)起源可追溯至漢代，歷史悠久，但在整個發(fā)展過程中典當(dāng)業(yè)卻經(jīng)受了一輪又一輪的挑戰(zhàn)。自 1978 年恢復(fù)經(jīng)營以來，我國經(jīng)濟環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大的變化，對典當(dāng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。隨著我國經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展和對社會融資需求的日益增長，我國典當(dāng)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出新的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。本文從探析我國典當(dāng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程入手，分析目前我國典當(dāng)行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及其功能，選取青島市的典當(dāng)行為例，重點研究我國典當(dāng)行業(yè)的融資功能。結(jié)合國外典當(dāng)行業(yè)成熟完善的管理經(jīng)驗，為我國典 當(dāng)行業(yè)發(fā)展提出建議，拓展新的發(fā)展方向，更好的發(fā)揮典當(dāng)行業(yè)在解決中小企業(yè)融資難問題中的積極作用。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 典當(dāng)行；發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；融資功能；發(fā)展對策 濟南大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 II ABSTRACT Pawn means the customer mortgaged their personal property, property rights or real estate to the pawnshop and pay a percentage fee in order to get the loan from the pawnshop. The customer need to pay interest and the loan to pawnshop within the prescribed period of time and then the customer can get back the mortgaged property. Pawn shops play an important and unique role in the field of financing circulation as a kind of nonbank financial institutions. The pawn industry in China has a long history, but its development is not smooth. The pawnshops in China have regained business since 1978, great changes have taken place in the economic environment in China’s Pawnshops have to face many challenges. With the rapid development of our economy and the growing demand for social financing, China39。s pawnbroking presents new development trend. In this article I analyse the development of the pawn industry in our country, the present status of the pawn industry in China and its functions. I choose the pawnshops in Qingdao as examples. The ariticle focus on the financing function of pawn industry in our country. Combining foreign pawn industry mature and perfect management experience in order to improve pawn industry in our country and to find a new direction, so pawnshop could play a better role in solving the difficult problem of mediumsized enterprise financing.
