【正文】 經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化對(duì)中國(guó)行政管理的影響及對(duì)策研究Influence and Countermeasure of Economic Globalization on Chinese administration摘 要經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的客觀趨勢(shì)和時(shí)代發(fā)展的必然，它和民族利益、國(guó)家利益息息相關(guān)。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化對(duì)我國(guó)政府的地位、作用、職能、權(quán)力、自主性及行政行為的靈活性等都提出了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。為了應(yīng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的影響，中國(guó)政府的行政管理應(yīng)該向著更積極、更有力、更理性的方向發(fā)展。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化是隨著人類社會(huì)整體生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平不斷提高而產(chǎn)生的客觀趨勢(shì)。社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展推動(dòng)著貿(mào)易的擴(kuò)大，資本流動(dòng)的加速，生產(chǎn)和資源配置在更廣大的范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行。而科技的創(chuàng)新，交通的便利和信息，通訊技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展又為經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化創(chuàng)造了必要條件。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化正在改變著人們的生活，給世界各國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)，政治，文化和社會(huì)發(fā)展帶了深刻影響。但它對(duì)每個(gè)國(guó)家來(lái)說(shuō)，都是一把雙刃劍，既是機(jī)遇，也是挑戰(zhàn)。特別是對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力薄弱和科學(xué)技術(shù)比較落后的發(fā)展中國(guó)家，面對(duì)全球性的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，所遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、挑戰(zhàn)將更加嚴(yán)峻。關(guān)鍵詞：中經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化 行政管理 影響 策略 Abstract Economic globalization is the development trend of world economic development and the objective necessity of the times, it is and national interests, national interests are closely related.
