基于 J2EE 的農(nóng)村水利綜合管理系統(tǒng)摘 要 隨著生產(chǎn)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,我國的水利設(shè)施已經(jīng)達到了鼎盛時期。但是由于水資源不足,農(nóng)村很多地區(qū)都嚴重缺水,我國農(nóng)田水利建設(shè)特別是管理信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)還比較弱,在許多地方信息不對稱,基于提高建設(shè)管理水平及資金使用效率、確保資金使用安全的要求,實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)上報下達、項目申報審批、項目建設(shè)跟蹤,以及滿足各級農(nóng)村水利行政主管部門以及管理單位的合理調(diào)度、科學(xué)管理的需求,也實現(xiàn)了在線監(jiān)測、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)分析的功能。為了有效的提高各級水利部門管理農(nóng)村水利資源的效率和反應(yīng)能力,我們進行了農(nóng)村水利綜合管理的系統(tǒng)的課題研究。本文以農(nóng)村水利業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),通過需求分析,系統(tǒng)分析,框架設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)等步驟,對農(nóng)村水利綜合管理系統(tǒng)進行了較深入的研究和分析:,并通過對水利管理領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的分析,研究更適合農(nóng)村水利管理的解決方案;,設(shè)計適合農(nóng)村水利管理系統(tǒng)的框架和體系結(jié)構(gòu);,根據(jù)需求內(nèi)容,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫邏輯關(guān)系和數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)。 農(nóng)村水利綜合管理系統(tǒng)的研究設(shè)計是個探索的過程,還需要不斷改進。網(wǎng)絡(luò)和數(shù)據(jù)庫是推行農(nóng)村水利系統(tǒng)的重要手段,對于推動我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定起到一定的作用。關(guān)鍵詞:農(nóng)村水利 j2ee 水資源管理AbstractBased on the J2EE rural water conservancy prehensive management system designSoftware EngineeringGraduate Student: Adviser: Along with the production and the development of science and technology, our country39。s water conservancy facilities has reached the heyday。But because the water shortage, rural many areas have severe water shortages,Our irrigation and water conservancy construction especially management information system construction also are weak,In many places, information asymmetry,Based on improving construction management level and the service efficiency of funds to ensure that funds use safety requirements,To achieve data report issued project application for examination and approval projects tracking, and meet various rural water conservancy administrative departments and the management of the unit39。s reasonable dispatch,Scientific management needs and achieving the online monitoring data acquisition data analysis function。In order to improve the efficiency of water conservancy departments at all levels of rural water resources management efficiency and reaction ability, we conducted rural water conservancy prehensive management system of subject research。In this paper based on the data of rural water conservancy business, through the requirement analysis, system analysis, framework design, system realization of rural water conservancy steps, and the prehensive management system were further research and analysis:1.
