【正文】 I / 52摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)為封蓋機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),主要應(yīng)用于白酒企業(yè),對白酒進(jìn)行封蓋,其生產(chǎn)率為 2022瓶/小時,所適應(yīng)的瓶高為 60100mm,瓶口直徑為 Φ2226mm。該機(jī)器由電動機(jī)提供動力,電機(jī)選用鼠籠式三相異步電動機(jī),工作時,通過兩條傳動鏈輸出:一條經(jīng)過一級帶傳動和蝸輪蝸桿減速器驅(qū)動曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)使電動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹本€往復(fù)運(yùn)動;另外一條是電動機(jī)通過兩級帶傳動驅(qū)動滾壓頭中心軸做旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)滾壓頭同時做旋轉(zhuǎn)、直線運(yùn)動,實(shí)現(xiàn)對瓶口的封蓋。曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、加工容易、維修方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在機(jī)械設(shè)備中應(yīng)用廣泛。本設(shè)計(jì)中,通過對平面曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)的數(shù)學(xué)建模,用 MATLAB 編程,輸入曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)和運(yùn)動參數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)對整個機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動過程的仿真分析。關(guān)鍵詞:封蓋機(jī);曲柄滑塊;蝸輪蝸桿;帶傳動II / 52AbstractThis design for sealing machine design, mainly applies in the liquor enterprise, to block of liquor, its productivity for 2022 bottles/hour, the bottle to high for 60100mm, and the bottle to diameter for Φ2226mm.
