【正文】 摘 要近年來全國各地的霧霾問題日漸嚴(yán)重,粗獷經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式在我國已經(jīng)行不通。新能源、可再生能源開發(fā)利用和節(jié)能減排是我國基本國策。熱泵是能夠?qū)⒌推肺粺崮苻D(zhuǎn)換為高品味熱能的裝置,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)廢熱的再利用,不僅節(jié)能更可以提高能源的利用率,所以熱泵裝置的開發(fā)利用,符合我國目前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和環(huán)境狀況。熱泵分類中水源蒸汽壓縮式熱泵是比較常用的形式,具有熱源分布廣,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,初投資少,不污染水源等特點(diǎn)。本文主要進(jìn)行煉鋼廠冷卻水水源熱泵的設(shè)計(jì),經(jīng)過分析國內(nèi)外實(shí)例及經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析比較后,最后確定了開啟式單螺桿熱泵機(jī)組的研究方案,并在熱源提取上進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,解決了煉鋼廠冷卻水降溫后結(jié)渣堵塞換熱器的難題。所以此方案兼具可靠性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。本設(shè)計(jì)先對系統(tǒng)工作原理進(jìn)行闡述,并進(jìn)行方案論證。確定方案后進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的熱力計(jì)算,由熱力計(jì)算的結(jié)果對系統(tǒng)蒸發(fā)器和冷凝器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并得出所需壓縮機(jī)的參數(shù),然后進(jìn)行壓縮機(jī)選型。最后還對系統(tǒng)的其他零部件進(jìn)行選型,其中包括真空泵,軸流風(fēng)機(jī),膨脹閥及油過濾器。最后還完成了系統(tǒng)流程圖,蒸發(fā)器,冷凝器以及中間換熱器的裝備圖。關(guān)鍵詞: 熱泵機(jī)組;冷凝器; 蒸發(fā)器AbstractIn recent years, haze increasingly serious problem across the country, the rough model of economic development in China has not feasible.
