數(shù)控直流電流源(F題)摘 要:本系統(tǒng)采用電流采樣反饋調(diào)整控制技術(shù),控制過(guò)程是利用LM741組成恒流源,結(jié)合放大電路,A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路,單片機(jī)最小控制系統(tǒng),D/A轉(zhuǎn)換電路等構(gòu)成閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)采樣將實(shí)際值輸出到單片機(jī),由單片機(jī)進(jìn)行比較調(diào)整,控制電流輸出。由于使用了電流采樣反饋調(diào)整控制技術(shù),該系統(tǒng)具有可靠性好,精度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞:數(shù)控電流源,AT89S52單片機(jī),反饋控制,LM741 Numerical Control DC Current SourceAbstract: Employing the feedback adjusting technique with current sampling .The closed loop system consists of the constant current source LM741, amplifier circuit, AD574 converting circuit, the processing by Onechip puter, and DAC7513 converting circuit. The Onechip puter is used to pare, adjust, control the current output by the real outputs sampling feedback. The system features good responsibility and high accuracy with the feedback adjusting control technique by current sampling.Key words: Numerical Current Source, AT89S52 , feedback control, LM741一、方案論證與比較數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換器D/A與度不高。其右邊部分的電路構(gòu)成恒流源,D/A輸出電壓作為恒流源的參考電壓,運(yùn)算放大器IC與三個(gè)晶體管組成達(dá)林頓電路構(gòu)成電壓跟隨器,利用晶體管平坦的輸出特性即可得到恒流源輸出,如圖1所示。該方案硬件電路簡(jiǎn)單,容易實(shí)現(xiàn),但其輸出精方案一:采用單片機(jī)作為核心控制器,用鍵盤(pán)設(shè)置所需的輸出電流值,圖1 方案一系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)框圖方案二:系統(tǒng)主要由放大電路,A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路,單片機(jī),D/A轉(zhuǎn)換電路,穩(wěn)壓電源,恒流源等組成,如圖2所示。系統(tǒng)中為了得到穩(wěn)定的恒流輸出,采用閉環(huán)控制的方式進(jìn)行處理。即通過(guò)精密電阻將電流信號(hào)變成電壓信號(hào),電壓值的大顯示電流預(yù)置放大器A/D轉(zhuǎn)換控制器恒流源負(fù)載穩(wěn)壓電源D/A轉(zhuǎn)換放大器中斷返回I采樣IY圖
