【正文】 中圖分類號: G243密級:公開UDC:學(xué)校代碼:10094碩士學(xué)位論文(學(xué)歷碩士)內(nèi)蒙古足球后備人才培養(yǎng)及可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究Soccer Reserve Cultivation and the Sustainable Development in Inner Mongolia作者姓名:董新雷指導(dǎo)教師:李德甫 教授學(xué)科專業(yè)名稱:體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)研究方向:足球教學(xué)理論與方法論文開題日期:2009年 11 月9日二〇 年 月 日學(xué)位論文原創(chuàng)性聲明本人所提交的學(xué)位論文《冀南地區(qū)農(nóng)村體育文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對策研究》,是在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下,獨立進(jìn)行研究工作所取得的原創(chuàng)性成果。除文中已經(jīng)注明引用的內(nèi)容外,本論文不包含任何其他個人或集體已經(jīng)發(fā)表或撰寫過的研究成果。對本文的研究做出重要貢獻(xiàn)的個人和集體,均已在文中標(biāo)明。本聲明的法律后果由本人承擔(dān)。 論文作者(簽名): 指導(dǎo)教師確認(rèn)(簽名): 年 月 日 年 月 日學(xué)位論文版權(quán)使用授權(quán)書本學(xué)位論文作者完全了解河北師范大學(xué)有權(quán)保留并向國家有關(guān)部門或機構(gòu)送交學(xué)位論文的復(fù)印件和磁盤,允許論文被查閱和借閱。本人授權(quán)河北師范大學(xué)可以將學(xué)位論文的全部或部分內(nèi)容編入有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行檢索,可以采用影印、縮印或其它復(fù)制手段保存、匯編學(xué)位論文。(保密的學(xué)位論文在 年解密后適用本授權(quán)書) 論文作者(簽名): 指導(dǎo)教師(簽名): 年 月 日 年 月 日摘 要足球后備人才是足球運動持續(xù)發(fā)展的前提,重視足球后備力量的培養(yǎng)工作,抓好足球后備人才的培養(yǎng),是拉近與其他足球發(fā)達(dá)國家距離的關(guān)鍵,也是振興我國足球的必由之路。目前內(nèi)蒙古存在的多所體校,業(yè)余體校和足球傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校,但對于足球后備人才培養(yǎng)的效率并不十分理想。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,對內(nèi)蒙古足球后備人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及影響因素進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)查和分析得出如下結(jié)論:(一)現(xiàn)狀情況參訓(xùn)青少年情況:年齡結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,運動等級情況不佳,參訓(xùn)動機受外界因素誘導(dǎo)較大,參賽情況與理想比賽周期有較大差距,學(xué)校對青少年足球運動員文化課學(xué)習(xí)成績較為重視,但學(xué)生成績普遍較差。教練員情況:年齡結(jié)構(gòu)較為合理,教練員工作態(tài)度較為積極,但學(xué)歷和運動等級、執(zhí)教等級普遍較低、科研水平一般,培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)以及體育部門對教練員后期學(xué)習(xí)和深造情況不理想。培養(yǎng)機構(gòu)情況:體校與傳統(tǒng)校在訓(xùn)練計劃方面存在著較大差異,體校訓(xùn)練計劃安排遵循《青少年足球運動員訓(xùn)練大綱》的基本要求來制訂,且訓(xùn)練計劃的執(zhí)行受外界影響不大,而傳統(tǒng)校訓(xùn)練計劃多無章法,多根據(jù)比賽需要進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,即使有訓(xùn)練計劃但受外界影響變動較大,不能遵照其執(zhí)行。培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)訓(xùn)練次數(shù)和課時較為合理,但訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容的安排不符合《青少年足球運動員訓(xùn)練大綱》的基本要求,缺乏對運動員心理訓(xùn)練和專項理論的教學(xué)。培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)訓(xùn)練場地設(shè)施基本上能滿足目前需要,但訓(xùn)練經(jīng)費緊缺、生源情況不佳、運動員輸送渠道較窄。培訓(xùn)對教練員工作評價較為客觀,全面,評價體系較為完善。家長對子女參訓(xùn)態(tài)度方面:經(jīng)濟負(fù)擔(dān)能力較好,但出于對子女學(xué)習(xí)成績和前途的考慮,對子女從事足球訓(xùn)練以及繼續(xù)朝著職業(yè)球員方面發(fā)展的支持態(tài)度較差。組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方面:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部門對培養(yǎng)機構(gòu)有一定的物質(zhì)和經(jīng)濟支持,但對足球后備人才培養(yǎng)工作不夠重視,用于足球后備人才培養(yǎng)方面的投入較少,相關(guān)的政策和措施具體落實情況不佳。對培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的監(jiān)管較為全面,但監(jiān)管力度較弱。(二)影響因素內(nèi)蒙古足球后備人才培養(yǎng)受舉國體制影響嚴(yán)重,足球運動作為內(nèi)蒙古弱勢項目,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部門對其的重視以及政策落實情況不佳。內(nèi)蒙古后備人才培養(yǎng)受目前較低科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練水平、不完善的競賽制度、較窄的選材面以及整體情況不佳的參訓(xùn)主體影響較大。不太樂觀的足球運動開展的社會環(huán)境和物質(zhì)環(huán)境、家長較差的支持情況對內(nèi)蒙古青少年足球運動開展、青少年足球隊伍壯大有著重要影響。不健全的運動員出路保障、不完善的競訓(xùn)保障體系、較低水平的醫(yī)療保障體系對內(nèi)蒙古足球培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起著不利影響。不完善的青少年運動員管理辦法、較薄弱的培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)監(jiān)管力度以及培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)不科學(xué)的運動員教育方式對內(nèi)蒙古足球培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的健康有序的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重影響。地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡、不同經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的地區(qū)對競技體育的投入比重差異較大、家庭經(jīng)濟收入平均水平較好、但對體育性消費較低,這些因素影響著對內(nèi)蒙古后備人才培養(yǎng)經(jīng)費投入和儲備金額。從上述結(jié)論可以看到,內(nèi)蒙古足球后備人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,從教練員、運動員、培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部門各個方面都有著不同的問題。歸納專家意見提出了內(nèi)蒙古足球后備人才培養(yǎng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策:1.充分利用競技體育舉國體制的優(yōu)勢,堅持以教育為基礎(chǔ),處理好“學(xué)習(xí)”與“訓(xùn)練”的關(guān)系,重視足球后備人才的培養(yǎng),加強政策和措施的落實。,拓寬選材面,重視選材的結(jié)果,提高青少年訓(xùn)練動機和對足球運動的興趣,建立并完善訓(xùn)練體系、競賽制度以及教練員培訓(xùn)機制,不斷深化教練員隊伍建設(shè)。3. 加強青少年足球運動的開展,加大對足球場地設(shè)施的建設(shè)力度,將民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化與足球文化有機結(jié)合,推動足球運動的開展,轉(zhuǎn)變家長的傳統(tǒng)觀念以及對足球運動的偏見,提高家長對子女參訓(xùn)的支持度。4. 加強足球后備人才培養(yǎng)的社會保障機制的建設(shè),完善競賽、訓(xùn)練以及醫(yī)療的保障體系,拓寬運動員的輸送渠道,完善青少年足球運動員的出路保障體系。5. 加強對足球后備人才的相關(guān)管理,加大對后備人才培養(yǎng)機構(gòu)的監(jiān)管力度,深入研究體教結(jié)合的新模式,促進(jìn)青少年的全面發(fā)展,提高青少年運動員自身的社會生存能力。,加強對經(jīng)濟薄弱市的后備人才培養(yǎng)的建設(shè),倡導(dǎo)家庭合理調(diào)整體育消費比重,推動體育經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,為足球后備人才培養(yǎng)提供充足的儲備資金,保證內(nèi)蒙古足球后別人才培養(yǎng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞:內(nèi)蒙古 足球 后備人才培養(yǎng) 81 / 91AbstractThe successive players are the precondition of the durable development of football. Valuing the successive players’ training work and promoting the training of successive football players are not only very important to bridge the gap between our country and other football powers, but also a necessary way to strengthen the football sport. The training of the successive football players is not ideal in many present sports schools, amateur sports schools and traditional football schools. Analysing the limiting factors of training successive players in Inner Mongolia and making out a set of effective and suitable countermeasures and actions have a great significance in increasing the efficiency of forstering Inner Mongolian successive football players, enhancing the overall football level and improving the training work of the successive football players.In the thesis, reseaching methods, such as literature data, questionnaire, mathmatical statistics and logical analysis, are used to deeply investigate the current situation and the affecting factors in the training of Inner Mongolian successive football players are as the following:1. Inner Mongolia is weak in training the successive football players. All the students have bad achievement in cultural courses, the training purposes of the players are guided by outer factors to a larger extent, and they have a less supportive attitude from their parents. 2. The age brackets of the trainers are reasonable and their teaching results are good. But all the trainers have a poor academic background, and their researching levels are ordinary. The trainers haven’t got ideal later or further learning from the training agencies and the sports departments.3. The training fields in the training agencies can meet the basic need currently. The major problems facing the training agencies are the shortage of managing money and the shortage of student sources, because the channel for accepting students is narrower. 4. The school leaders’ work of evaluating staff is objective and prehensive, and the evaluation system is relatively plete.5. For the training agencies, the football administrative departments have a good plete monitoring system, in which there are according inspecting mechanisms and awardingpunishing rules. But this sustem is not effectively carried out. The authorities have invested less money in training the successive football players, and the policies made haven’t been implemented ideally. The authorities are universally not satisfied with the situation of the work in training the successive football players.6. There are six aspects of factors that affect the training the successive football players. They are the administrative system, the sports training factors, the social and cultural environments, the ensuring factors, the management and the economy.From the above conclusions, it is clear that in the training of Inner Mongolian successive football players, there are various problems in every aspect, from trainers to players, from training agencies to authorities.
