Constant current driver is the best drive way to LED, adopt constant current driver, the LED is upperclass to lead of the electric current won39。t be change by electric voltage, environment temperature variety, and the influence of the LED parameter longlost, thus ability holding current constant, well develop LED various good characteristic. The design which directly uses the city electricity ～ 220 Vs to flow a source to LED light the switch power supply type constant current driver needs to resolve to decline to press, mutate, Highefficiency, smaller physical volume, lower cost of the transformation efficiency, still have safety insulation etc. a series of by the adjust of real object electric circuit try, basically can carry out the abovementioned request and verified the possibility of design project.Keyword: PowerLED；LED constant current driver。Switch power supply1 概 述 LED概述LED是一種固體光源，當(dāng)它兩端加上正向電壓，半導(dǎo)體中的少數(shù)載流子和多數(shù)載流子發(fā)生復(fù)合，放出的過剩能量將引起光子發(fā)射。采用不同的材料，可制成不同顏色有發(fā)光二極管。作為一種新的光源，近年來各大公司和研究機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)LED的研究方興未艾，使其光效得以大大提高，很多知名的大公司目前已研發(fā)并生產(chǎn)出光效達(dá)到171m/W的白色LED，已達(dá)到白熾燈的水平。和白熾燈的相比較，LED在性能上具有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，見下表：表11白熾燈與白色LED的性能比較隨著對(duì)LED研究的進(jìn)一步深入，其光效將進(jìn)一步得到提高，而其成本將一步下降，在不久的將來LED取代白熾燈甚至熒光燈而發(fā)展成21世紀(jì)的一種主要的照明光源將成為一種趨勢(shì)。新的光源呼喚新的電子驅(qū)動(dòng)器，各大公司在致力研發(fā)新的LED的同時(shí)，已于近年在全球各大開發(fā)中心開始了LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的研究。 LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的概述與熒光燈的電子鎮(zhèn)流器不同，LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的主要功能是將交流電壓轉(zhuǎn)換為直流
