【正文】 論文分類號(hào)：。 密 級(jí)：無(wú)吉林師范大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))論旅游管理專業(yè)畢業(yè)生在酒店的實(shí)習(xí)和發(fā)展學(xué) 院： 旅游與地理科學(xué)學(xué)院專 業(yè)： 旅游管理學(xué) 生 姓 名： **學(xué) 號(hào)： 091130*年 級(jí) 班： 09級(jí)3班指 導(dǎo) 教 師： ***2013年05月11日 摘 要本研究首先介紹了酒店行業(yè)理論基礎(chǔ)，在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了目前國(guó)內(nèi)旅游管理專業(yè)在酒店工作中的發(fā)展問(wèn)題，并針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出一系列建議。通過(guò)研究，本論文得出以下主要結(jié)論：1. 目前國(guó)內(nèi)酒店發(fā)展迅速，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈，提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的過(guò)程中存在專業(yè)多能人才的匱乏的問(wèn)題。2. 針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)酒店存在的問(wèn)題，須從培養(yǎng)專業(yè)多能人才進(jìn)行解決。 3. 酒店說(shuō)白了就是拼人才的行業(yè)，誰(shuí)能擁有優(yōu)秀的員工誰(shuí)就能在這個(gè)行業(yè)中站住腳，進(jìn)而發(fā)展壯大，如何控制好人才的流失是酒店發(fā)展的重要的環(huán)節(jié)。 關(guān)鍵詞：酒店；畢業(yè)生人才；人才流失AbstractThis paper firstly introduces the basic theory of hotel industry, based on the analysis of current problems in the hotel work in the major of tourism management, and puts forward a series of suggestions to solve the problems.Through the research， this thesis educes the following conclusion:1. At present domestic hotel development is rapid, intense petition, there is the problem of lack of more professional personnel to enhance the core petitiveness of the process.2. In view of the domestic hotel problems, must from cultivating more professional personnel to solve.3.
