China 430074April, 2022獨 創(chuàng) 性 聲 明本人聲明所呈交的學位論文是我個人在導師的指導下進行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。盡我所知,除文中已標明引用的內容外,本論文不包含任何其他人或集體已經(jīng)發(fā)表或撰寫過的研究成果。對本文的研究做出貢獻的個人和集體,均已在文中以明確方式標明。本人完全意識到本聲明的法律結果由本人承擔。學位論文作者簽名: 年 月 日學位論文版權使用授權書本學位論文作者完全了解學校有關保留、使用學位論文的規(guī)定,即:學校有權保留并向國家有關部門或機構送交論文的復印件和電子版,允許論文被查閱和借閱。本人授權華中科技大學可以將本學位論文的全部或部分內容編入有關數(shù)據(jù)庫進行檢索,可以采用影印、縮印或掃描等復制手段保存和匯編本學位論文。 保 密□,在______年解密后適用本授權書。本論文屬于 不保密□。(請在以上方框內打“√” )學位論文作者簽名: 指導教師簽名: 年 月 日 年 月 日I摘 要目前在許多重要場合使用了逆變器,對逆變器的輸出電壓的波形、動態(tài)響應速度和技術功能的要求也越來越高。因此進一步開展提高逆變器性能研究是十分必要和有意義的。本文主要研究三相逆變電源的波形控制以及一些逆變器功能的設計,主要內容有如下幾個方面:三相逆變電源是多輸入多輸出的耦合系統(tǒng),由于坐標變換和空間電壓矢量概念的引入,使得三相系統(tǒng)可以靈活的在各種坐標系之間轉換。本文將負載處理為擾動基礎上,建立了三相逆變電源在靜止 ABC、靜止 、旋轉 dq 坐標系下的數(shù)學模型。??并使用 matlab 軟件對三相逆變器進行了仿真,考慮了死區(qū)對逆變器的影響。最后分析了影響逆變器輸出電壓波形的幾個重要原因。為了獲得高質量輸出電壓,發(fā)展了多種多樣的波形控制技術?;谌嘞到y(tǒng)在dq 坐標下的特點,本文介紹了重復控制內模的控制器,對實際系統(tǒng)設計了重復控制器并在 matlab 中進行了仿真給出了仿真波形。通過數(shù)學分析和仿真說明了重復控制存在動態(tài)響應速度慢和存在穩(wěn)態(tài)誤差的缺點,給出了 PI 瞬時值控制加重復控制內模的控制器。最后比較的 PI 瞬時值控制加重復控制內模的控制器和重復控制、 PI 瞬時控制在帶整流性負載和突加負載的波形,指出了 PI 瞬時值控制加重復控制內模的控制器在三相逆變器中的優(yōu)點。為了保證逆變器對負載供電的質量和供電安全,還設計了逆變器切換和抗沖擊性負載的功能。在切換中使用數(shù)字化鎖相環(huán)保證兩臺逆變器能夠時刻保持相位的一致。分析了導致輸出變壓器直流不平衡的主要因素,在此基礎上使用軟件抗偏磁的方法來抵消變壓器的直流偏磁。實驗結果表明,所提方案簡單有效,大大改善了系統(tǒng)的性能和可靠性。關鍵字:三相逆變器電源 重復控制 瞬時反饋 鎖相環(huán) 限流IIAbstractThe inverters are widerly used in many important situation, where Fast response and little distorted output voltage is required. It is needed and significative to improve the quality of output voltage. This dissertation focuses on the output voltage control and some important function of three phase inverters. The followings are the main work:Three phase inverters are multiinput multioutput coupling systems. With the introduction of the concept of voltage space vector and coordinate transformation, it is possible to let threephase system transform among the different coordinates. Supposing load as disturbance, models in ABC three phase stator coordinate, two phase stator ??coordinate and twophase rotating coordinate are established. Using MATLAB, the dqinverter simulating model is established where dead time effect is the several affect output voltage reasons are analysed.To achieve high quality output voltage, diverse voltage waveform control techniques have been developed. Based on the characters of three phase systems in dq coordinate, repetitive control strategy is introduced and one repetitive controller is designed for a MATLAB,the simulation waves are got . With the mathmatics analysis and these waves ,the repetitive control faults that are slowly dynamic response and steady error are explained. one control strategy is present which is base ponent instantaneous feedback control model paralleling with harmonic ponent repetitive controller is given to solve these the output voltage of repetitive controller with instantaneous feedback controller paralleling with repetitive controller, the merits of instantaneous feedback controller paralleling with repetitive controller are pointed out.In order to safely supply power to load ,the inverter functions of switching and current limiting are designed. Two inverters use the digital phase lock loop to ensure they have accord phase. The paper analyzed the main cause causing the magic bias and proposed a sofware method.
