2017屆畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)論文題 目: 農(nóng)村電商物流最后一公里的配送研究____ ———以阿里和京東為例_________院系名稱: 專業(yè)班級(jí): 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 指導(dǎo)教師: 教師職稱: ___2017年5月25日 18 摘 要隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)迅速成長(zhǎng),而與之伴生的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)也如雨后春筍隨之發(fā)展起來,并且物流不僅僅只是貨物的運(yùn)送,現(xiàn)今更是到了對(duì)物流的速度、服務(wù)、質(zhì)量等多方面的綜合能力考量。同時(shí)由于城市化的加劇,相應(yīng)的城市配送問題被很多人所重視,所以城市物流發(fā)展良好并且取得了驕人的成績(jī),但是農(nóng)村物流卻不盡相同。農(nóng)村電商物流最后一公里配送是多方面、多角度的,也是物流配送的一塊短板,要想徹底的發(fā)展好電商以至農(nóng)村電商,首先要解決最后一公里的問題。針對(duì)上述情況,本文將圍繞農(nóng)村電商物流最后一公里的配送這一課題,在對(duì)農(nóng)村電商物流配送現(xiàn)狀認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,著重以阿里巴巴和京東為例來實(shí)踐探討,從而針對(duì)所存在的問題提出優(yōu)化對(duì)策,以促使農(nóng)村電商物流配送得到更好的發(fā)展。通過本文的研究,得出了如下的結(jié)論:(1)隨著城市化的加劇和人們需求的增加,農(nóng)村電商物流配送發(fā)展迅速,但同時(shí)也存在著配送服務(wù)質(zhì)量差、缺乏物流高級(jí)人才等問題。(2)想要給農(nóng)村電商物流配送一個(gè)全新的面貌,那解決城市物流末端配送所存在的一些弊端是必然的選擇。(3)阿里的菜鳥網(wǎng)絡(luò)和京東的B2C在農(nóng)村電商物流最后一公里配送方面都取得了突出的成效。阿里的平臺(tái)整合高效、快速的物流配送以及京東自建物流體系的高水準(zhǔn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)都各有千秋并且取得了極大的成就。(4)未來農(nóng)村電商物流最后一公里配送呈現(xiàn)3大趨勢(shì)——“快遞+便利店”模式、物流與公公交通有機(jī)結(jié)合、綠色配送。關(guān)鍵詞:農(nóng)村電商物流 最后一公里配送 阿里 京東Title Research on the Last Kilometer of City Logistics Distribution——A Case Study of Alibaba Group and AbstractWith the development of China39。s economy, a variety of new industries emerge in endlessly, the logistics industry has been a great development, the word is known to more and more people. At the same time, due to the intensification of urbanization, the corresponding urban distribution problem has been valued by many people. Many problems that exist in the last kilometer as a constraint to the development of the key factors to improve the status of logistics, reduce distribution costs last kilometer is an inevitable choice. For the above, this paper attempts to study this subject last one kilometer around the of City Logistics Distribution, logistics and distribution in the urban status quo on the basis of understanding with emphasis on Alibaba and SF Express as an example to explore the practice, so that the problem existed for propose optimization measures to promote better distribution of urban development.Through this study, we reached the following conclusions:(1) With increasing urbanization and increasing demand, the rapid development of urban logistics, but there is also a difference in the quality of service delivery, lack of senior personnel logistics, traceability and poor distribution of information.(2) If you want to give a new look to the city logistics, it is necessary to solve the problems in the end of the city logistics distribution. (3) Ali rookie network and Jingdong B2C have made outstanding achievements in the rural logistics last mile distribution.
