【正文】 摘 要在本文中，我們設(shè)計了一套沖孔，落料，拉深復(fù)合模。文章簡要介紹了當(dāng)前沖壓模具的發(fā)展形勢，其未來發(fā)展趨勢。文章首先對加工零件進(jìn)行工藝分析，經(jīng)過分析和對比，采用沖孔，落料，拉深工序，經(jīng)過沖裁力、頂件力、卸料力等計算，確定壓力機(jī)的型號。再分析對沖壓件加工的模具適用類型，選擇所需設(shè)計的模具。得出需要設(shè)計的模具類型后，將模具的各工作零部件設(shè)計過程表達(dá)出來。在設(shè)計說明書的第一部分，主要敘述了沖壓模具的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，說明了沖壓模具的重要性與本次設(shè)計的意義，接著是對沖壓件的工藝進(jìn)行分析，確定了工藝方案。第二部分，設(shè)計零件排樣圖，完成了材料利用率的計算。再進(jìn)行沖裁工藝力的計算和沖裁模工作部分的設(shè)計計算，為選擇沖壓設(shè)備提供依據(jù)。最后是主要零部件的設(shè)計和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選擇。設(shè)計模具零件圖和裝配圖，以及模具的成型。關(guān)鍵字：復(fù)合模具；沖壓模具；沖壓設(shè)備；沖孔；落料；ABSTRACTThis design carries on blanking, piercing and drawing pound dies design. Through accessing to informations, and analyzing the technologic properties of processing parts, We decide to carry on blanking, piercing and drawing processes. After calculating the quantitative value of the blanking force, the kicking force and the stripping force, We selecte the appropriate press equipment. Analyzing of the stamping dies for processing the application, to select the desired type of mold design, then We express the design process of the working parts. In the first part of the design specification, The article briefly outlines the press die at present development condition, Illustrates the importance of stamping die and the significance of this design, then, the article analysises the process of stamping, after that, we identify the technology program. In the second part, We design parts’ layout diagrams, calculate the utilization of material and the magnitude of edge blanking process, to provide a basis for selecting press equipment. In the last part, We briefiy design the major ponents and select standard parts, and also design the graphs of mold parts and the graphs of die assembling, and the forming of the mold.
