【正文】 畢 業(yè) 設 計(論文)題 目 基于 Workbench 的直齒圓柱齒輪有限元分析基于 Workbench 的直齒圓柱齒輪有限元分析摘要齒輪傳動作為機械傳動最常用的形式之一,具有傳動功率大、效率高、傳動比準確、使用壽命長、工作安全可靠等特點,它可以用來傳遞空間任意兩軸之間的運動和力。隨著機械科學和制造技術的迅速發(fā)展,對機械傳動系統(tǒng)的精度有了更高的要求,齒輪有限元分析法研究得到了國內(nèi)外學者們的高度關注。論文利用 Workbench 軟件對直齒圓柱齒輪進行有限元分析,包括齒輪靜力分析和齒輪接觸分析。首先,利用 AutoCAD 軟件建立直齒圓柱齒輪的實體模型及齒輪嚙合實體模型;其次,在 Workbench 中,利用該軟件與 AutoCAD 與之間的接口,將實體模型分別導入;再次,在 Workbench 軟件中分別對兩種模型進行有限元分析,得到各自的應力分布云圖和變形圖;最后,對直齒圓柱齒輪和嚙合齒輪副分別進行靜力與接觸理論計算,并將結(jié)果與有限元分析結(jié)果進行比較。關鍵詞:直齒圓柱齒輪;有限元分析;接觸問題FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF CYLINDRICAL SPUR GEAR BASED ON WORKBENCH AbstractGear transmission as a mechanical drive the most monly used one of the form. It can be used to transfer space between any two axis movement and force, has large transmission power, high efficiency and transmission ratio accurate, long service life, work safety and reliability, etc. As mechanical science and manufacturing technology rapid development, the accuracy of the mechanical transmission systems have higher demands, gear finite element analysis research by foreign and domestic scholar attention.This article by using software of Workbench papers on fing spur gears finite element analysis, including plane static analysis, gear contact analysis.
