【正文】 本科畢業(yè)論文響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化超聲波環(huán)境中殼聚糖降解性的研究摘要:應(yīng)用超聲波輻射分別研究了甲殼素在水中和乙醇介質(zhì)中脫乙酰反應(yīng),及在超聲波環(huán)境中超聲波對殼聚糖在乙酸溶液中降解的強化作用,并將其與無超聲波輻射下甲殼素的脫乙酰反應(yīng)進行了對比,結(jié)果表明:在水中和乙醇 2 種介質(zhì)中超聲波可以促進反應(yīng),在較 低溫度(45℃)的反應(yīng)溫度下即可提高 產(chǎn)品脫乙酰度和粘度,超聲波對水介質(zhì)中的脫乙酰反應(yīng)作用比在乙醇中更加顯著,在水中反應(yīng)6h,脫乙 酰度可高達 98. 2% 。通 過響應(yīng)面法研究了超聲波作用溫度,作用 強度,作用頻率和作用時間等 4 因素對殼聚糖溶解性的顯著影響。在 4 個影響殼聚糖降解的超聲作用因素中,影響度最大的是超聲作用強度,其次為作用頻率、作用溫度和作用時間。經(jīng)響應(yīng)面法 處理數(shù)據(jù),得出在超聲波環(huán)境中殼聚糖溶解性的最佳的作用系數(shù)為:最佳作用溫度為 ℃,最佳作用功率為 ,最佳作用頻率為 ,最佳作用 時間為 。關(guān)鍵詞:超聲波,殼聚糖,乙醇,脫乙酰度,粘度Response Surface Method To Optimize The Ultrasonic Environment in The process Of Solubility Of Chitosan*******AbstractThe ultrasonic radiation were applied to investigating deacetylation of chitin in the medium of water and ethanol, and the ultrasonic wave in the ultrasonic environment degradation of chitosan in acetic acid solution strengthening effect,(and the degradation strengthening function of the ultrasonic wave in ultrasinic environment to the chitosan in the acetic acid And then pared with the ultrasonic radiation chitin deacetylationthe reaction were , results show that: the ultrasonic waves can promote the reaction medium in water and ethanol, so improving the degree of deacetylation and a viscosity in the lower temperature (45℃) reaction temperature, but the reaction effect in the ultrasonic off the aqueous mediumacetylation is more obvious than in ethanol, 6h reaction in water, up to % degree of deacetylation. With the help of the response surface method,the writer have researched the temperature ,intensity,rate and time of the ultrasonic and what influence they have for chitosan four chitosan degradation ultrasound factors, the maximum degree of influence of ultrasonic intensity, followed by the role of frequency, the role of temperature and time.
