【正文】 PLC在機(jī)械手控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用摘 要機(jī)械手是在機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種新型裝置。它是集自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)、計(jì)量技術(shù)、新型傳感器技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)管理技術(shù)于一體的自動(dòng)控制產(chǎn)品。機(jī)械手可在空間抓、放、搬運(yùn)物體,動(dòng)作靈活多樣,廣泛應(yīng)用在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)及其它領(lǐng)域。應(yīng)用PLC控制機(jī)械手能實(shí)現(xiàn)各種規(guī)定的工序動(dòng)作,不僅可以提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與產(chǎn)量,而且對(duì)保障人身安全,改善勞動(dòng)環(huán)境,減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率,節(jié)約原材料消耗以及降低生產(chǎn)成本,有著十分重要的意義。本文首先對(duì)機(jī)械手控制的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,詳細(xì)列舉了常用的機(jī)械手控制方式。其次,利用PLC控制實(shí)現(xiàn)了工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)中常見(jiàn)的機(jī)械手控制。對(duì)控制回路硬件和軟件的設(shè)計(jì)使該系統(tǒng)能實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械手在兩個(gè)工作臺(tái)之間工件的搬運(yùn),包括左移、右移、上升、下降、夾緊和放松六個(gè)動(dòng)作過(guò)程,并且可實(shí)現(xiàn)手動(dòng)操作和自動(dòng)操作的轉(zhuǎn)換。最后,利用iFIX組態(tài)軟件對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行組態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,使得系統(tǒng)得到最合理的控制。關(guān)鍵字 PLC 機(jī)械手 控制 iFIXTHE APPLICATION OF PLC IN ROBOTIC MANIPULATORS CONTROL SYSTEMABSTRACTThe manipulator is a new device developed in the mechanized, automatic production process. It is one automation control product which integrates automatic control technology, measurement technology, new sensor technology and puter technology. The manipulator can catch, put and handle goods in the space. Because of its flexibility, the manipulator is widely used in industrial producing and other fields. Manipulator with PLC control can plete various specified procedural actions. Not only can it enhance the quality and output of products, but also it is meaningful to ensure the personal security, improve the working environment, lower the labor intensity, raise the labor productivity, save the raw materials consumption and reduce the production cost.First, this article analyses the situation of the research and displays the control mode about the manipulator control. Second, the mon robot control is realized in the industrial field by using the PLC control. Thanks to the design of the control loop about hardware and software, the system can plete the task that workpiece is moved between the two tables by controlling the corresponding cylinder, including the six action process of the manipulator left and right, up and down and the manipulator clamping and relax. And it also achieves the manual and automatic operation. Last, this article also chooses iFIX configuration software to configure for the system.
