【正文】 六角螺栓車總長裝置設(shè)計摘 要本課題是針對某廠生產(chǎn)的零件(六角螺栓)進(jìn)行車總長的裝置設(shè)計,該課題是對某企業(yè)實際產(chǎn)品的加工過程設(shè)計,具有較強(qiáng)的實踐性,需實習(xí)調(diào)研過程。在我們?nèi)嵺`觀察的過程中不僅提高了自身的觀察能力而且也同時提高了我們的思考,判斷等綜合能力。通過對該課題的研究和設(shè)計,可以鞏固我們對所學(xué)理論知識掌握,提高我們解決實際生產(chǎn)中設(shè)計開發(fā)問題的能力和創(chuàng)新性。在我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計中,綜合各方面的考慮自己設(shè)計了一個彈簧夾頭,其中彈簧夾頭的材料是很有講究的,這在后面都會說到。夾頭主要利用了楔形結(jié)構(gòu)。因為工廠的工作環(huán)境和成本效率,我選擇了氣動的傳動方案。雖然看上去很簡單,但是就生產(chǎn)效率的提高上去看絕對起到了非常大的效果。 關(guān)鍵字:氣缸;彈簧夾頭;彈簧鋼;六角螺栓;楔形結(jié)構(gòu)The lathing total length fixture design of tapped studAbstractThis topic is for a certain part(hex bolts) which should be turn the total length out.
