【正文】 基于地面廣播的手機電視作者：日期：基于地面廣播的手機電視Terrestrial Mobile TV20070412 作者:嚴斌峰, 張智江摘要:手機電視業(yè)務可以利用蜂窩移動網(wǎng)絡和地面/衛(wèi)星數(shù)字廣播來實現(xiàn)，其相關技術有4種：基于移動網(wǎng)實現(xiàn)技術、基于地面數(shù)字廣播網(wǎng)實現(xiàn)技術、基于衛(wèi)星實現(xiàn)技術和基于應用層實現(xiàn)技術。DVBH和TDMB是2種典型的地面數(shù)字廣播電視標準，前者是DVB組織為通過地面數(shù)字廣播網(wǎng)絡向手持終端提供多媒體業(yè)務所制訂的傳輸標準，后者是韓國推出的基于歐洲廠商開發(fā)的尤里卡147數(shù)字音頻廣播(Eureka147 DAB)的地面數(shù)字多媒體廣播標準。目前開展手機電視業(yè)務面臨著標準、頻率資源、管制和終端等方面的問題，其運營模式存在移動運營商單獨運營、廣電單獨運營和兩者合作運營模式3種。手機電視是廣電和通信產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的重要嘗試，主管部門的協(xié)調和技術標準的制訂將直接影響未來三網(wǎng)融合的進程。關鍵字:手機電視；手持數(shù)字視頻廣播；地面數(shù)字多媒體廣播電視；運營模式英文摘要:Mobile TV services could be implemented through cellular munication networks and terrestrial/satellite digital broadcasting networks. There are four related technologies that are respectively based on the mobile network, terrestrial digital broadcasting network, satellite, and application layer. Digital Video BroadcastingHandheld (DVBH) and TerrestrialDigital Multimedia Broadcasting (TDMB) are two typical terrestrial digital TV broadcasting standards. The former is designed by the DVB Project Office for providing multimedia services to handheld terminals through terrestrial digital broadcasting networks. Korea launched TDMB based on the Eureka147 Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB). Nowadays, the development of mobile TV service faces several problems about standards, frequency resources, regulation and terminals. The operation modes of mobile TV could be operation by the mobile operator only, by the broadcasting and TV operator only, or by the two together. Mobile TV is an important attempt of the integration of these two industries. The coordination of the offices in charge and the establishment of technology standards will directly affect the progress of the network integration in the future.英文關
