【正文】 3G增值業(yè)務(wù)運營模式和盈利模式的探討MA ChunShan（馬春山）摘要：3G移動增值業(yè)務(wù)將會得到快速發(fā)展，但受傳統(tǒng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)盈利模式的影響，3G增值業(yè)務(wù)運營和盈利模式尚不明朗。通過對3G業(yè)務(wù)的分類，引入了公司治理理論的有關(guān)知識對未來移動運營商運營和盈利模式進行了分析和探討。提出了對SP/CP獨資、控股、參股等三種競合模式，及移動運營商主要由接入費、平臺費、增值業(yè)務(wù)、語音業(yè)務(wù)構(gòu)成的收入模型。關(guān)鍵詞：工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理學(xué) 運營模式和盈利模式 綜述 移動增值業(yè)務(wù)Analyses on operating and profit model of the 3G Moblie ValueAdded ServicesMA ChunShan ，Anhui Provinice Moble Communication pany Bozhou branch pany, Bozhou,Anhui,236800Abstract: Although the 3G ValueAdded Services will be developed very rapidly,its operating and profit model is not clearly yet affacted by the traditional internet divided the category of 3G services,the paper analyses the future operating and profit model of moble operator by introduce the corporate governance and related theories .According to the analyse ,the article puts forward three kind of petetion and cooperation models to SP/CP SoleInvestment,Controling stakes,and Holding shares ,also advances the Mobile operator ‘s revenue model,which consists of access fee,basic fee,ValueAdded Servicse ,Voice Services. Keywords: Industry Enterprise Management theory,Operating and Profit Models, Comprehensive summarization, Moble ValueAdded Services3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)實現(xiàn)了無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的融合，它高速率傳輸將會給用戶帶來更舒適的體驗，會加快手機上網(wǎng)用戶數(shù)的快速增長，使增值業(yè)務(wù)更加繁榮。這也給增值業(yè)務(wù)的運營模式帶來新的變革，本文以3G業(yè)務(wù)分類為基礎(chǔ)，以移動運營商為核心對未來增值業(yè)務(wù)的運營模式和盈利模式做如下探討。一、3G移動增值業(yè)務(wù)分類（一）從2G到3G的增值業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)變與2G相比，3G增值業(yè)務(wù)可以分為三類：一是2G網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用比較成熟，在3G仍然會長期使用的連續(xù)型業(yè)務(wù)。如：短信、彩鈴、彩信、IVR等。二是2G網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)存在，3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)的增強型業(yè)務(wù)。如：WAP（圖鈴下載、新聞瀏覽、信息查詢、小說閱讀、聊天交友、時尚咨詢、移動博客、手機電子商務(wù)）、手機游戲、移動定位、無線搜索。三是原有2G網(wǎng)絡(luò)無法實現(xiàn)大容量、高速率數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)膭?chuàng)新型業(yè)務(wù)。如：視頻電話、在線網(wǎng)游、電子商務(wù)（支付、拍賣、憑證）、視聽娛樂、位置服務(wù)、移動流媒體。（二）從運營商角度的業(yè)務(wù)分類與2G的發(fā)展不同，3G增值業(yè)務(wù)
