【正文】 云 南 交 通 職 業(yè) 技 術(shù) 學(xué) 院畢 業(yè) 論 文公路工程施工現(xiàn)場管理培養(yǎng)部門：土木工程系專業(yè)：建筑工程管理姓名：xxx 學(xué)號：2007xxxx指導(dǎo)老師：施xx 職稱:高級工程師2010年5月【摘 要】公路工程施工的現(xiàn)場管理是施工管理的核心，現(xiàn)場管理效果的好壞直接影響工程的質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度和效益。加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場管理就是要在一定的時(shí)間和空間內(nèi)有組織、有計(jì)劃、有秩序地施工，以實(shí)現(xiàn)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目快速、優(yōu)質(zhì)、低耗施工的關(guān)鍵是進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量。對于進(jìn)度，原則上按原施工組織計(jì)劃執(zhí)行，作為一個(gè)項(xiàng)目而言，現(xiàn)場情況千變?nèi)f化，如材料供應(yīng)，設(shè)計(jì)變更等所難免，絕對不能模式化，必須根據(jù)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行調(diào)整，安排。施工質(zhì)量能否得于保證，最主要的是一定要嚴(yán)格按照相關(guān)的國家規(guī)范和有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求來完成每一工序，嚴(yán)禁偷工減料。必須貫徹執(zhí)行“三檢”制，即自檢、專檢、聯(lián)檢，通過層層的檢查，驗(yàn)收后方允許進(jìn)入下一道工序，從而確保整個(gè)工程的質(zhì)量。【關(guān)鍵詞】公路工程 施工 現(xiàn)場管理 質(zhì)量管理【Abstract】 Highway Construction site management is the core of construction management, site management effectiveness will affect the quality of the projects, progress and efficiency. Enhance onsite management is to a certain time and space organized, planned, orderly construction, road construction projects in order to achieve fast, high quality, low consumption is the key construction progress and quality. For the progress of the original construction plans in principle,the implementation of a project, the everchanging field conditions, such as material supply, design changes are inevitable and so on, must not be stereotyped, to be adjusted according to actual situation, arrangement. Can be on ensuring the construction quality, the most important is that we must strictly in accordance with relevant national norms and standards related to the pletion of each process, cutting corners is strictly prohibited.
