【正文】 I / 28摘 要本系利用 ASP 技術(shù)，設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了基于 Web 的小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了基本系統(tǒng)管理、收費(fèi)管理，系統(tǒng)登錄等功能模塊。本論文從軟件工程的角度對(duì)該軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析，隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，大量的住宅小區(qū)已遍布城區(qū)，人們對(duì)于居住環(huán)境的要求也越來越高，住宅小區(qū)的物業(yè)管理工作也變得更加繁重，利用物業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)小區(qū)物業(yè)管理工作的信息化正成為人們的共識(shí)。 小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中是非常熱門的軟件，是最關(guān)切群眾實(shí)際生活的。它的使用使物業(yè)管理者和業(yè)主對(duì)住宅小區(qū)中的事物能更方便、更快捷、更滿意的得到答復(fù)。伴隨著小區(qū)的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大和住戶的不斷增多，工作量也將越來越大。但一直以來人們使用傳統(tǒng)人工的方式管理各種數(shù)據(jù)，這種管理方式存在著許多缺點(diǎn):效率低、保密性差，另外時(shí)間一長(zhǎng)，將產(chǎn)生大量的文件和數(shù)據(jù)，這對(duì)于查找、更新和維護(hù)都帶來了不少的困難。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷提高，計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)日漸成熟，其強(qiáng)大的功能已為人們深刻認(rèn)識(shí)，它已進(jìn)入人類社會(huì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域并發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。作為計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用的一部分,使用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)企業(yè)單位的各項(xiàng)信息進(jìn)行管理，具有手工管理所無法比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)能夠極大地提高工作效率,也是企業(yè)的科學(xué)化、正規(guī)化管理與世界接軌的重要條件。 因此，開發(fā)這樣一套小區(qū)物業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)成為很有必要的事情,在下面的各章中我將就本次課程設(shè)計(jì)所開發(fā)的小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng),談?wù)勂溟_發(fā)過程和所涉及到的問題及解決方法。關(guān)鍵詞：ASP；物業(yè)管理；信息管理II / 28ABSTRACTIn this paper this system based on B/S development model, using the framework, bined with ASP technology, the plot estate management system based on Web is designed and developed, the system mainly implements the management, fee management basic system, the function such as system login modules. This paper from the perspective of software engineering, the software system are analyzed, with the development of the market economy and people living standard rise, a large number of residential district had been throughout the city, people more and more is also high to the requirement of living environment, residential area property management work have bee more onerous, use property management information system to implement of residential property management informationization is being the consensus of people.Residential property management system software is very popular in modern society, is the most concerned about the real life. The use of it to make the property managers and owners of residential area of the things can be more convenient, faster and more satisfying answer. Along with plot scale expands unceasingly and residents increasing, workload will be greater and greater.
