At present day, energy is scarce and environment is worsened, it is using heat pump to recover the waste water of bathroom that has the high economic value and deep social sense. Universities’ bathrooms have certain open time, high water flow, steady temperature as well as the proper temperature, which is more suitable for heat recovery. So many universities are extended widely on everywhere of China, so the waste water source of universities’ bathrooms is abundant. With advancing the project, more heat recovery of waste water in universities’ bathroom will be fulfilled and potential energy saving will be more notable.The article based on the needs of the title to research universities’ bathroom in Beijing, getting the applied parameter related to the title through field survey and data collecting and arranging. As per the research result, mathematical model is established to calculate the equipment type selection of the project and simulatively calculate the running of the project. And then, through the solution of simultaneous equations and according to the need of a certain work situation, it utilizes simulative calculation to select equipment type of heat pump. After confirming the equipment, the running of equipment on different work situations is calculated by the model. It also analyses running of heat pump and coefficient of heat supply of heat pump on different work situations.To bine with the title, the actual operation is carried through in the bathroom of our university. It is mainly to rebuild the present bathroom in the university and establish the heat recovery of waste water in the bathroom. Now, the project is in the stage of planning. We’ll utilize the model to select the equipment type for the actual project and also design it. The thesis has thought that the now available bathroom takes up a field , pipeline arrangement , waste water collect sufficiently the well waits for condition to carry out design. And run the analog putation being in progress by the fact that the model equipment to the reconstruction project chooses the type and system.
