【正文】 1 / 69摘 要根據(jù)設(shè)計要求擬建一個優(yōu)碳年產(chǎn) 80 萬噸的高速線材生產(chǎn)車間。它的最高軋制速度為 110m/s,產(chǎn)品規(guī)格為 ~φ12mm,盤卷單重約 2 噸。連鑄坯在步進梁式加熱爐中使用煤氣加熱,側(cè)進側(cè)出,加熱能力為75t/h。加熱爐由微機控制,出爐溫度為 900℃~1050℃。該套軋機采用全連軋無扭工藝,連鑄坯為 150150mm,長約為 12m,單重約為 的方坯。在 13 架平立交替布置的粗軋機和中軋機之后,布置了 2 架預(yù)精軋機,13 論線材制品的品種與質(zhì)量,不僅決定于其本身的生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)與裝備水平,而且在很大程度上更有賴于其原料——線材的冶煉與軋制技術(shù)。也就是說,線材品種質(zhì)量的提高,將大大促進線材制品行業(yè)的發(fā)展與進步,否則線材制品行業(yè)的發(fā)展將受到制約,甚至處于落后狀態(tài)。這是 100 多年來線材制品行業(yè)發(fā)展歷史所證實的.因此線材與其制品的關(guān)系是密不可分的。線材一般是指直徑為 5——16mm 的熱軋圓鋼或相當(dāng)該斷面的異型鋼,因以盤卷狀態(tài)交貨,統(tǒng)稱為線材或盤條。國外線材規(guī)格已擴大到約 。常見線材多為圓斷面,異型斷面線材有橢圓形、方形及螺紋形等,但生產(chǎn)數(shù)都很少。
