寧夏理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)I摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)主要針對分離中的精餾工段進(jìn)行工藝設(shè)計(jì),分離二甲醚、甲醇和水三元體系。查閱相關(guān)資料充分了解二甲醚的性質(zhì)、用途及其現(xiàn)有的分離工藝。結(jié)合實(shí)際情況提出分離工藝。通過基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的查找、處理得到相應(yīng)條件下的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。精餾塔采用浮閥塔,本設(shè)計(jì)較為突出的特點(diǎn)有以下幾點(diǎn):(1)塔頂采用液氨冷凝,用來準(zhǔn)確控制回流比。 (2)塔板結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中精餾段采用單溢流,提餾段則采用雙溢流。塔底采用水蒸汽加熱,以提供足夠的熱量。再通過計(jì)算得出理論板數(shù)為 塊,塔效率為 ,實(shí)際板數(shù)為 27 塊,進(jìn)料位置為提餾段向上第十六塊,在浮閥塔主要工藝尺寸的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算中得出精餾段塔徑為 ,提餾段塔徑為 。有效塔高 。通過浮閥的流體力學(xué)驗(yàn)算,用 AutoCAD 繪制負(fù)荷性能圖證明各指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)均符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。以保證精餾過程的順利進(jìn)行并使效率盡可能的提高。關(guān)鍵詞:二甲醚;甲醇;水;三元體系;分離寧夏理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)IIAbstractThe design conducts process programming to separate ternary system of dimethyl, methanol and water mainly based on distillation processes in separation. understanding the nature, application and existing separation process of dimethyl through searching relevant information. proposing separation process with actual situation.
