The IPv6 protocol improves IPv4 own defects. This paper introduces the existing 3G work basic definition, world work three munication standard: WCDMA, CDMA2020 and and independent innovation in China TDSCDMA is based on GSM system upgrade, the CDMA2020 is based on the IS95 system upgrading technology. The analysis of 3G work, 3G terminal, 3G service development trend. Mobile Inter GSM system WCDMA technology and independent innovation in China TDSCDMA technology parison. This paper introduces the existing framework of mobile Inter, mobile IP and mobile agent of the concept and basic principle of IP, mobility management mechanism. Research on the key technology of mobile inter hotspot, because the mobile IPv4 protocol flaw, in the development of IPv4 experience, thus the use of the new features in the mobile Inter multicast technology, P2P technology, pleted on the mobile IP technology working mechanism, as well as one of the IPv6 protocol concepts and main characteristics, mobile IPv6 working principle, development trend and application. Detailed finish on the mobile IP technology, IPv6 protocol and IPv4 protocol concepts, main characteristics, the working principle of the introduction and the parison among them, the next generation of mobile IPv6 protocol work security solution.
