溫江工業(yè)園區(qū)6t/h燃煤鍋爐脫硫除塵一體化工程設(shè)計(jì)摘 要控制燃煤的途徑有燃燒前脫硫,燃燒中脫硫,燃燒后煙氣脫硫。目前,煙氣脫硫(Flue Gas Desulfurization,縮寫為FGD)是世界上唯一大規(guī)模商業(yè)化應(yīng)用的脫硫技術(shù)[1]。世界各國(guó)致力于煙氣脫硫研究的方法約200多種,但工業(yè)化應(yīng)用的只有10多種,其中較多采用石灰石 石膏法、雙堿法和鈉堿法,但由于石灰石 石膏法、鈉堿法經(jīng)濟(jì)成本較高,雙堿法脫硫工藝在中、小型燃煤鍋爐中的應(yīng)用得到廣泛推廣[2]。本論文選擇以6t/h燃煤鍋爐為對(duì)象設(shè)計(jì)煙氣脫硫除塵工藝,在查閱文獻(xiàn)和工程設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)以及工程實(shí)踐參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,確定采用雙堿法,進(jìn)行工藝的選擇和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算以及設(shè)備選型。在煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)中,吸收塔是核心裝置[2],當(dāng)前濕法脫硫的吸收設(shè)備種類很多,其中旋流塔板是濕法脫硫的常用設(shè)備,其具有高負(fù)荷、壓降低、不易堵塞及彈性寬等優(yōu)點(diǎn)[3],適用于吸收速率快的吸收劑,且考慮到實(shí)施企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,決定采用旋流塔板作為脫硫工藝的吸收設(shè)備。煙氣以逆流的方式通過(guò)塔體,增大了漿液與的接觸面積,降低了所需的液氣比,節(jié)約了動(dòng)力費(fèi)用,還減少了工藝用水量,除霧、吸收和氧化同時(shí)在一個(gè)塔內(nèi)進(jìn)行,有效減小了裝置的體積和占地面積。本設(shè)計(jì)在保證了脫硫系統(tǒng)可行性的同時(shí),又保證了脫硫效率,使排放濃度達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。關(guān)鍵詞: 燃煤鍋爐,煙氣脫硫,雙堿法,旋流板塔,設(shè)計(jì) Flue gas Dedust and Desulfurization Design for 6t/h boiler in Wenjiang industrial park AbstractThere are many ways to control coal desulfurization before bustion, bustion desulfurization, flue gas desulfurization after bustion.
