【正文】 t/h鍋爐的煙氣除塵脫硫上,是目前我國自行研制的處理煙氣量最大的除塵脫硫裝。文丘里除塵脫硫裝置:由收縮管、喉管和擴散管組成,當煙氣由進氣管道進入收縮管后,流速逐漸增大,氣體的壓能逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閯幽?;在喉管入口處,氣速達到最大,沿喉管周邊布置的噴嘴噴出的液滴被高速氣體霧化后加速,氣液充分混合;在擴散管中,氣流速度減小,而壓力回升,使塵粒凝聚速度加快,增加了對微細粉塵的捕集效果。篩孔板(泡沫板)除塵脫硫裝置:依靠供液管道將堿液噴淋到篩孔板上,形成一定厚度的原始液層,當氣體從板下進入時,在板上形成鼓泡層,使氣液強烈摻混,除去氣體中的粉塵和二氧化硫。鈉鈣雙堿法:利用鈉堿吸收二氧化硫、石灰處理和再生洗液,吸取堿法和石灰法的優(yōu)點避其不足而發(fā)展起來的。氧化鎂法:氧化鎂與二氧化硫反應得到亞硫酸鎂和硫酸鎂,通過煅燒可重新分解出氧化鎂,使吸收劑得到再生,同時回收較為純凈的二氧化硫氣體,脫硫劑可循環(huán)使用。按脫硫過程是否加水和脫硫產(chǎn)物的干濕形態(tài),煙氣脫硫可分為:干法、半干法、濕法三類。地震、海嘯使人類更加清楚認識到生態(tài)環(huán)境的重要性。由酸雨引起各種破壞造成的經(jīng)濟損失每年達數(shù)百億元,已成為制約我國國民經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的重要因素之一。以燃煤為主的大氣污染導致酸雨的覆蓋面積約占國土面積的30%,呈明顯的區(qū)域特征。20世紀50年代以前,因燃煤、燃氣、燃油排放的二氧化硫和煙塵曾造成嚴重的大氣污染。 2煙氣脫硫現(xiàn)狀幾百年來,人類創(chuàng)造了歷史上最為輝煌燦爛的物質(zhì)文明和精神文明。(2)設計圖紙(包括雙堿法工藝流程圖、平面布置、脫硫除塵塔剖面圖等)。s only largescale mercial application of desulfurization countries in the world dedicated to research about more than 200 kinds of ways, but only 10 kinds of ways in industrial application.
