Combined with the theory and the actual interpretation, a prehensive understanding of contract management and engineering claim lay the foundation.Keywords: Construction project contract management Engineering claim Content and the implementation of the claim 第一章 建筑合同管理 建筑工程合同是指工程的承包人根據(jù)發(fā)包人的要求，依據(jù)勘察、設(shè)計(jì)的有關(guān)要求，進(jìn)行施工、安裝的合同。合理、規(guī)范的工程合同，有利于分?jǐn)偝小l(fā)包雙方的責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，有利于市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的有序、平等競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 現(xiàn)在，市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的利益驅(qū)動(dòng)規(guī)律，承包商為了取得工程的承包權(quán)有時(shí)不得不以壓低價(jià)格，或額外承諾其它優(yōu)惠條件，獲取中標(biāo)，而在工程實(shí)施過(guò)程中通過(guò)索賠再增加合同造谷。而業(yè)主為了節(jié)約投資，盡其所思完善招標(biāo)文件及合同條款，防止承包商在實(shí)施過(guò)程中因索賠而增加工程造價(jià)。所以，在工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中，業(yè)主和承包商皆做好工程索賠管理工作，都十分重要。特別是隨著國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷深入，并部分走向國(guó)際
