【正文】 熱風(fēng)爐用剛玉耐火泥漿的研發(fā)目 錄摘 要 ……………………………………………………………1ABSTRACT………………………………………………………………1 第一章 綜述……………………………………………………2………………………………………………2…………………………………………3…………………………………………………………4…………………………………………4……………………………………………5………………………………5 第二章 實(shí)驗(yàn)過程…………………………………………… 6……………………………………………6…………………………………………………8…………………………………………………………9……………………………………………………9……………………………………………………10 第三章 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與分析…………………………………………10………………………………………10……………………………………………12參考文獻(xiàn)……………………………………………………………………17致謝…………………………………………………………………………19 山東輕工業(yè)學(xué)院2011屆本科生畢業(yè)論文 摘 要 不定形耐火材料是一種生產(chǎn)工藝簡(jiǎn)單，節(jié)約能源的新型耐火材料。由于剛玉具有高的熱導(dǎo)性和優(yōu)良的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性所以是一種高級(jí)的耐火材料。而熱風(fēng)爐用耐火材料正是要求有上述性能。所以研發(fā)一種熱風(fēng)爐用剛玉耐火泥漿既能滿足先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝的要求又能縮減成本。結(jié)合劑是耐火材料的重要組成部分，而本次開發(fā)配方也主要是結(jié)合劑的選取，根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)配方選取了磷酸類的結(jié)合劑做為選取對(duì)象，選取配方主要三個(gè):一個(gè)是廣西粘土作為結(jié)合劑，添加三聚磷酸鈉作為分散劑，第二個(gè)是用液體磷酸二氫鋁作為外加結(jié)合劑，第三個(gè)配方是用磷酸作為結(jié)合劑。通過三個(gè)配方試樣的抗折粘度測(cè)試來選取合適的結(jié)合劑并確定其用量。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)根據(jù)試樣配方的力學(xué)分析得到了一份符合使用要求的熱風(fēng)爐用剛玉不定形耐火材料的配方：棕剛玉（）250g、棕剛玉（200目）600g、廣西粘土（200目）150g、纖維素2g、液體磷酸二氫鋁50g、水110g。關(guān)鍵詞： 熱風(fēng)爐 剛玉 磷酸 耐火泥漿 抗折粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度 ABSTRACT Unshaped refractory materials is a simple production process, a new type of refractory energy saving. Since alumina has a high thermal conductivity and excellent chemical stability it is an advanced refractory. The hot stove is required by the performance of refractories. Therefore, developing a hot stove with corundum refractory mortar meets the requirements of advanced production technology can cut costs. Bond is an important part of refractories, the development of this formulation was also mainly the selection of binder, based on experience formula selected as a phosphate binder like selecting objects, the formulation selected three: Guangxi clay as a binder, added sodium tripolyphosphate as a dispersant, and the second is to use liquid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate binder, as applied, and the third formula is used as a phosphate binder. By bending the viscosity of three samples tested formula to select the appropriate binding agent and determine its usage. Experimental formula based on mechanical analysis of samples was consistent with the requirements of a hot stove recipe corundum monolithic refractories: Corundum () 250g, corundum (200 mesh) 600g, Guangxi clay (200 mesh) 150g, fiber 2g, liquid aluminum dihydrogen 50g, water 110g. Key words：Stove。 Corundum。 Rhosphate。 Refractory mortar。 Flexural bond strength 第一章 綜述不定形耐火材料是由耐火骨料和粉料、結(jié)合劑或另外摻加劑以一定比例組成的混合料，能直接使用或是加適當(dāng)?shù)囊后w調(diào)配后使用。即一種耐火度不低于1580攝氏度的不經(jīng)煅燒的新型耐火材料。用于熱工設(shè)備襯里，不經(jīng)燒成工序，直接烘烤使用。同耐火磚比較，具有工藝簡(jiǎn)單（因省去燒成工序）、節(jié)約能源、成本低廉、便于機(jī)械化施工等特點(diǎn)。在某些熱工設(shè)備上使用效果比耐火磚好。不定形耐火材料的制備技術(shù)與應(yīng)用技術(shù)近一二十年來取得了很大的進(jìn)展，使得不定形耐火材
