【正文】 某鋼鐵廠含油廢水處理工藝 摘 要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目為 某鋼鐵廠硅鋼 4分廠含油廢水處理水站的設(shè)計 —— UASB+SBR 處理工藝 。根據(jù)污水進(jìn)水的水質(zhì)水量設(shè) 計 主要的污水處理構(gòu)筑物和水站的總平面布置,要求污水經(jīng)處理后可以達(dá)標(biāo)排放。 其中 廢水處理站 初步設(shè)計要完成設(shè)計說明書一份、 水站設(shè)計平面圖一張 ,流程圖 一張 ,高程圖 一張 ,主體構(gòu)筑物 剖面圖不少于 3 張 , 設(shè)計圖紙總數(shù) 不少于 6 張。 本次設(shè)計以 鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)含油廢水 主題, 處理污染物比較單一的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)污水 。其主要采用技術(shù)比較成熟的 UASB+SBR 工藝。 傳統(tǒng)的 SBR 適合于間歇排放 的工業(yè)廢水處理,且占地面積小耐有機(jī)負(fù)荷。但由于污水油濃度太大,易產(chǎn)生浮渣。而 UASB 法則可大大降低廢水中油含量和 COD 含量。所以將二者結(jié)合處理會有很好的效果。 關(guān)鍵詞: 含油廢水處理 ; UASB。 SBR Oily wastewater treatment process of a steel plant Abstract The topic of this graduation design is the design of a steel plant steel UASB+SBR 4 branch of oily wastewater treatment station water treatment process.
