【正文】 畢業(yè)論文 管式加熱爐工藝相關(guān)設(shè)計 摘 要 論文完成了管式加熱爐工藝相關(guān)設(shè)計，包括燃燒、輻射室、對流室、余熱回收及通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)等模塊，得到輻射室爐膛溫度、爐管表面熱強度、對流室介質(zhì)出口溫度、排煙溫度等參數(shù)，適用于常減壓、重整、焦化等不同用途，圓筒爐、雙室立式爐、雙面輻射立式爐等不同結(jié)構(gòu)加熱爐的相關(guān)問題。 通過測定、經(jīng)驗以及計算可獲得傳熱系數(shù)的具體數(shù)值，可根據(jù)公式計算出該加熱爐的真實傳熱能力以及傳熱效率，對加熱爐的是否選用提供決定因素；從理論上分析了對加熱爐效率 的影響因素。分析得出：排煙損失是加熱爐能量損失中最大的一部分。因此在考慮加熱爐安全運行的前提下，降低排煙溫度以及控制過?？諝庀禂?shù)是比較有效的節(jié)能措施。強調(diào)了傳熱的最近本方式，即：熱傳導(dǎo)、熱對流以及熱輻射；理論分析為節(jié)能效果提供了定性的分析，熱力計算為節(jié)能效果提供了一個定量的分析。通過本論文也可在管式加熱爐的節(jié)能改造以及燃料的節(jié)約方面尋求到可行性途徑。 關(guān)鍵詞：管式加熱爐；類型；結(jié)構(gòu)；傳熱系數(shù)；爐溫、爐壓；節(jié)能。 ABSTRACT The paper finished tube type heating furnace process design, including bustion chamber, radiation, convection chamber, waste heat recovery and ventilation system, module, the radiation chamber temperature, furnace tube, the heat intensity of the surface of convection chamber medium outlet temperature, exhaust gas temperature and other parameters, applicable to constant depression, reforming, coking and other different uses, cylinder furnace, double room, double side radiant furnace of vertical type vertical furnace for heating furnace of different structure related problems.
