XXXX 職業(yè)學(xué)院 畢 業(yè) 論 文(設(shè) 計(jì)) 論 文 ( 設(shè) 計(jì) ) 題 目 : 汽車車身焊接技術(shù)的發(fā)展與分析 所屬系別 車輛工程系 專業(yè)班級(jí) 07 汽制一班 姓 名 XXX 學(xué) 號(hào) 202020040320204 指導(dǎo)老師 XXX 撰寫日期 XXXX 年 X 月 摘 要 在汽車工業(yè)中,汽車車身殼體是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)件,它是由百余種、甚至數(shù)百種薄板沖壓件經(jīng)焊接、鉚接、機(jī)械聯(lián)結(jié)及粘接等方法聯(lián)結(jié)而成的。由于車身沖壓件的材料大都是具有良好焊接性能的低碳鋼,所以焊接是現(xiàn)代車身制造中應(yīng)用最廣泛的聯(lián)結(jié)方式。所以焊接是車身制造中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),起著承上啟下的特殊作用。在目前汽車白車身的制造中,主要的焊接方法有電阻點(diǎn)焊、 CO2 氣體保護(hù)焊和激光焊,另外也有采用氬弧焊、電子束焊等。現(xiàn)在汽車車身焊接技術(shù)正朝著電阻焊的節(jié)能及控制技術(shù)、 激光和電弧復(fù)合熱源焊接、焊接機(jī)器人自動(dòng)化柔性生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng) 、發(fā) 展輕便組合式智能自動(dòng)焊機(jī)等方面發(fā)展 關(guān)鍵詞 :焊接工藝,基本工藝要求,激光焊接的應(yīng)用,焊接發(fā)展趨勢(shì) Abstract In the car industry, automobile body shell is a plex structure, it is by 100, even hundreds of plate stamping by welding, riveting, mechanical coupling and adhesive and methods. Because the material body stamping is mostly good welding properties of low carbon steel, so modern body manufacturing welding is the most widely used in the way. So the welding is a key link in the body manufacturing, plays a special role structure. At present the manufacture of auto white body, the main methods of resistance spot welding, CO2 laser welding and gas shielded welding, are also adopts argon arc welding, electron beam.
