【正文】 常見的修辭格翻譯一、比喻（ figure of speech）n 比喻無處不在，為各語言文化共有。比喻有四個要素：本體（ tenor），喻體（ vehicle），比喻詞（ parative word）及相似點（ point of resemblance）。這里主要談談明喻（ simile）和暗喻（ metaphor）的翻譯。n 英漢語明喻標記比較明顯，一般需出現(xiàn)比喻詞，漢語如像、如、仿佛、似等，英語如 like，as， as if/though等。n 英語的隱喻大致分三類： is B； of N2； 。n All the world’s a stage, and all men and women merely players.n 整個世界是座舞臺，男男女女，演員而已。n With this faith we will be able to hoe out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope.
