【正文】 本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計） 題 目 企業(yè)物料搬運系統(tǒng)分析與優(yōu)化 學 院 管 理 學 院 專 業(yè) 工 業(yè) 工 程 班 級 08 級工統(tǒng)本 02 班 學 號 081103602025 學生姓名 劉 光 東 指導教師 董 曉 妮 完成日期 西安思源學院教務處制 二〇一二年 中 文 摘 要 隨著我國第三方物流的快速發(fā)展，越來越多的制造企業(yè)為了降低成本、集中精力提高核心競爭力，將自身非核心業(yè)務外包，轉(zhuǎn)而將注意力專注于提高生產(chǎn)物流的效率，在生產(chǎn)物流中物料搬運是重要環(huán)節(jié)之一，雖然物料的裝卸搬運是制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中的輔助環(huán)節(jié)，但它是工序之間、車間之間、工廠之間相互銜接不可缺少的，可以說只要生產(chǎn)線在運作，物料搬運就存在。 企業(yè)物料搬運的優(yōu)化主要涉及到路徑選擇 、 工具類型選擇、兩銜接點之間物流量的控制等方面。本文主要從 回收物流安排、 工裝夾具的搬運、搬運設(shè)備的選擇、生產(chǎn)線滑道的設(shè)計來分析說 明企業(yè)存在的問題，并給與相應的解決措施。 物料搬運系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化有利于搬運過程中成本最低化和時間的最小化，同時較低勞動強度，提高人員工作效率。本文研究了 生產(chǎn)車間及流水線 物料搬運系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化問題，具有一定的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 關(guān)鍵 詞 ： 物料搬運 設(shè)計 優(yōu)化 Abstract With the rapid development of thirdparty logistics in China, more and more manufacturing panies in order to reduce costs, focus on to improve the core petitiveness, itself noncore business outsourcing and instead focused attention to improve the efficiency of production and logistics in the product Handling is one of the important part of logistics, materials loading and unloading the secondary aspects of manufacturing enterprises in the production process, but it is between processes, workshop, factory interface between the nonintegral, we can say as long as the production line operation, material handling exist. The optimization of corporate material handling mainly related to the path selection tool type selection, the two convergence points between the amount of logistics control. Mainly from the recycling logistics arrangements for the removal of the fixture, the choice of handling equipment, production line slide design to analyze the existence of the business, and to give the corresponding solutions. Optimization of material handling systems to minimize the lowest cost and time course of the removal, and low labor intensity, improve the efficiency of staff work. This paper studies the optimization problem of the production workshop and assembly line of material handling systems, has some theoretical value and practical significance.
