【正文】 行政執(zhí)法與社會公平、正義的構建 行政執(zhí)法與社會公平、正義的構建 摘要：在構建社會公平與正義的諸多要素中，法治處于核心地位，行政執(zhí)法是法治的關鍵。完善的行政執(zhí)法制度是構建社會公平、正義的保障。隨著改革開放的逐步深入，我國在行政執(zhí)法方面有了顯著進步，但在執(zhí)法實踐中仍存在不少問題。行政執(zhí)法與構建社會公平、正義關系密切，加強和完善行政執(zhí)法工作，會更好地推進社會主公平和正義的建設。 關鍵詞：行政執(zhí)法 社會公平 正義 Abstract: The rule of law is at the core of the construction of social equity and justice in which administrative law enforcement is the key to achieve that goal to guarantee the social equity and justice3. With the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, China has made significant progress in law enforcement despite some problems in practice. This paper aims to explore the relationship between law enforcement and social equity and justice so that more definitive actions can be taken to improve law enforcement.
