【正文】 October 20xx 1/7 GM192714 APQP KickOff Meeting APQP 啟動(dòng)會(huì)議 The purpose of this meeting is to develop a mon understanding concerning the total requirements of the part/material by assuring that proper munication and buyin occurs between GM and the supplier. This form enpasses questions from the AIAG Advanced Product Quality Planning and GM APQP Manual GM1927 manuals. Its intent is to ensure advanced product quality planning activities occur at the appropriate time and establish customer requirements for part qualification, part availability, quality, packaging, scheduling, and tooling information.
