We expect him to carry out his promises. 我們期待他履行諾言。 We expect you to finish it in time. 我們希望你及時把它完成。expect sb. / ：I expect your letter. Do not expect me. 不要期待我來。I expect ［口語］/ I think so.expect to do sth. 預料，預期，估計，預計 We expect to have a supply this Friday. 估計本星期五就會到貨。
