The management of enterprise employee is developed to the direction ofefficient, low cost, reliable and stable. For this propose, enterprises need anemployee management system being perfection, stable performance. The design and development of system aims at enterprise employee management, system is developed following the software engineering methods, based on B /S mode, adopt ASP application development language and SQL Server 2000 database. System is divided into two subsystems, one is employee subsystem, the other is administrator subsystem, and both subsystems have verified management modules, in addition two subsystems also possess different functional modules.
