【正文】 繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）題 目 企業(yè)人事信息管理系統(tǒng)專 業(yè) 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)姓 名 張煉學(xué) 號(hào) 5032214106指導(dǎo)教師 馮霏起訖日期 ～2016 年 05 月 06 日南京工業(yè)大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）摘要自從我國實(shí)行改革開放政策以來，國家經(jīng)濟(jì)一直在穩(wěn)步上升，國內(nèi)企業(yè)更是呈現(xiàn)欣欣向榮的景象。但是同時(shí)企業(yè)的人員也在不斷的擴(kuò)大，隨著企業(yè)人員不斷的增加，傳統(tǒng)的人員管理模式已經(jīng)不能適用這種高速發(fā)展的狀態(tài)。為了緩解企業(yè)對(duì)人員管理的壓力，我認(rèn)為有必要踏著時(shí)代的步伐，以信息科技為依靠，以多媒體技術(shù)為平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化信息管理。根據(jù)實(shí)際需求，企業(yè)人事信息管理系統(tǒng)分為了八個(gè)板塊。在Windows7操作系統(tǒng)環(huán)境下，搭建ASP運(yùn)行環(huán)境，使用SQLServer建立數(shù)據(jù)庫，采用技術(shù)構(gòu)建一個(gè)基于B/S模式的信息管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要分為六個(gè)部分有人員管理、工資管理、考勤管理、部門管理以及個(gè)人管理。關(guān)鍵詞：人事信息管理系統(tǒng)；工資管理；考勤管理I南京工業(yè)大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）AbstractSinceChina39。sreformandopeninguppolicy,theeconomyhasbeensteadilyrising,thedomesticenterprisehasbeenthrivingatthesametime,thestaffofenterprisesisconstantlyexpanding,withtheincreaseofenterprisepersonnelconstantly,thetraditionalpersonnelmanagementmodelhasnotapplicablethisstateofrapidordertoalleviatethepressureoftheenterprisesofpersonnelmanagement,IthinkitnecessarytosteppingthepaceofTheTimes,relyonforinformationtechnology,multimediatechnologyasplatform,realizethemodernizationofenterpriseinformationmanagement.Accordingtotheactualdemand,theenterprisepersonnelinformationmanagementsystemisdividedintoeighttheWindows7operatingsystemenvironment,buildtheASPenvironment,usingadatabaseofSQLServer,technologywasusedtoconstructainformationmanagementsystembasedonB/Srealizationofthesystemismainlydividedintosixpartswithpersonnelmanagement,wagemanagement,attendancemanagement,departmentmanagementandpersonalmanagement.Keywords:Thepersonnelinformationmanagementsystem。Salarymanagement。TheattendancemanagementII目 錄摘要................................................................................................................................................ 1Abstract..........................................................................................................................................
