數(shù)控技術(shù)是用數(shù)字信息對機(jī)械運(yùn)動和工作過程進(jìn) 行控制的技術(shù),數(shù)控裝備是以數(shù)控技術(shù)為代表的新技術(shù)對傳統(tǒng)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)和新興制造的滲透形成的機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品,即所謂的數(shù)字化設(shè)備,數(shù)控技術(shù)的應(yīng)用不但給傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)帶來了革命性的變化,是制造業(yè)成為工業(yè)化的象征,而且隨著數(shù)控技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的擴(kuò)大他對歸計(jì)民生的一些重要行業(yè)( IT .汽車 .醫(yī)療 .輕工等)的發(fā)展起著越來越重要的作用,因?yàn)檫@些行業(yè)所需要裝備的數(shù)字化已是現(xiàn)代發(fā)展的大趨勢。 運(yùn)用數(shù)控原理 .數(shù)控工藝 .數(shù)控編程 .專業(yè)軟件等專業(yè)知識 并繪制零件圖 representative of technologies on traditional manufacturing industry and emerging manufacturing of peration formed of electromechanical inte gration producs, that socalled of digital equipment , NC technology of application not only to traditional manufacturing brings has revolutionary of changes, makes manufacturing became industrialized of symbol, and as NC technology of not only development and application area of expanded he on return meter livelihood of some important industry ( IT, and car, and medical, and light ) Is playing an increasingly important role in the development,because digital equipment needed in these industries is a modern trend of development。 Using digital control theory, numerical control processing , CNC programming , software expertise and handson exercises
