0 / 39汽車密封條C6 工位工序動作平衡與仿真摘 要本文是對北京萬源瀚德汽車密封系統(tǒng)有限公司長春分公司 audiC6 工位的實習(xí)考察的基礎(chǔ)上,獲取原始資料,在排好各工藝流程內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)之上,運用模特法對生產(chǎn)線每個工位的操作動作進行分析,以確定各操作單元的操作時間。同時,根據(jù)實際情況確定出生產(chǎn)線的節(jié)拍,結(jié)合操作時間和節(jié)拍確定生產(chǎn)線平“5W1H”提問法以及“ECRS”原則對生產(chǎn)線進行適當(dāng)?shù)母倪M并完成 C6 工位工序動作平衡的設(shè)計任務(wù)。本文利用 Flexsim 這一軟件工具對 C6 工位的運行過程進行了仿真,找出了在生產(chǎn)線運行過程中出現(xiàn)的阻塞和等待問題并對此進行了分析.關(guān)鍵詞:生產(chǎn)線平衡,MOD,仿真,節(jié)拍1 / 39AbstractThis article is Haldex Beijing Wan Yuan Changchun Automotive Sealing Systems Co., Ltd.
