【正文】 摘 要經(jīng)過近 20 年的發(fā)展，我國股票市場已形成了與我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的特色道路，規(guī)模不斷擴大，上市公司數(shù)量不斷增加，投資者積極性不斷提高，制度性建設(shè)日趨完善。但股票市場在諸多方面的不完善性仍較為明顯。過度投機問題的存在,加劇和放大了市場的波動和風(fēng)險,嚴重損害了投資者特別是中小投資者的利益,嚴重制約著我國股票市場的健康發(fā)展,必須下大力氣加以解決，雖然我國限制內(nèi)幕交易的立法措施和執(zhí)法力度得到了不斷完善。但是仍舊難以滿足證券市場快速發(fā)展的需要。為防止新形式的內(nèi)幕交易行為擾亂市場秩序并影響市場效率。應(yīng)借鑒國際經(jīng)驗，從立法、執(zhí)法以及交易制度等方面入手，杜絕內(nèi)幕交易孳生的土壤。保證證券市場的健康發(fā)展。這些缺陷削弱了股市的功能，阻礙了股市的進一步發(fā)展，為引發(fā)金融危機埋下了隱患, 這些包括了監(jiān)管力度、人才的培養(yǎng)、以及一些交易的內(nèi)幕，本文試圖通過分析這些現(xiàn)狀及其原因、我國股票市場過度投機產(chǎn)生的主要原因,找出改善對策。 關(guān)鍵詞：股市 監(jiān)管 問題 對策ABSTRACTAfter nearly 20 years of development, China39。s stock market has been formed to adapt to China39。s economic development way, scale is continually expanding, increasing the number of listing Corporation, investors continue to improve, the institutional construction is perfect.
