【正文】 蓬安縣建業(yè)總公司物資管理存在的問題及對策研究論文作者：onlyzyhtq1314中文摘要：建筑企業(yè)物資管理工作的好壞直接影響到施工生產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行和企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，隨著改革發(fā)展的不斷深入和市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的完善以及現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的建立，建筑企業(yè)必須改變過去粗放的管理手段，從多方面著手，使物資管理與企業(yè)的發(fā)展相適應(yīng)。本文從物資管理的流程出發(fā)，結(jié)合蓬安縣建業(yè)總公司的實際情況，對物資計劃編制、采購訂貨、庫存保管、領(lǐng)發(fā)、回收等各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行剖析，找出了蓬安縣建業(yè)總公司物資管理過程中存在的問題，并針對性的提出了應(yīng)對的措施。對其他建筑公司在物資管理方面的工作具有一定的借鑒意義。關(guān)鍵詞：物資管理；對策；研究Abstract：The good or bad situations of the material management of an construction enterprise have a direct influence on the smooth procedure of the construction as well as the economic benefit of the enterprise. With the deepening pace of the reform and openingup, the perfection of the economic system of marketing as well as the establishment of modern enterprise system, the construction enterprise must change their extensive management method in the past to suit the material management with the development of the enterprise. This thesis starts from the flow of material management, bing the actual circumstances of the Construction Corporation of Peng39。an County, giving a deep analysis to the materials planning, purchase and orders, storage, receipt and handout, recyle, etc., the author tries to find out the issues that existed in the management procedure, and proposes his suggestions to deal with this situation, hoping this would be instructive to other construction enterprises.Key Words：Material Management。 Strategy。 Research一、引言物資管理是建設(shè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理活動的重要組成部分，也是保證工程進(jìn)度和工程質(zhì)量、提高勞動生產(chǎn)效率、降低工程成本的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在施工生產(chǎn)中，現(xiàn)場物資的管理與進(jìn)度控制、成本控制和質(zhì)量控制相互制約、相輔相成，因此，應(yīng)根據(jù)工程類型、場地環(huán)境、物資特性和消耗特點，采取科學(xué)的管理方法，從物資投入到成品產(chǎn)出的全過程進(jìn)行計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)和控制，在保證建設(shè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)需要的同時，最大限度地降低物資消耗和采購物資所需的資金占用。這就要求物資管理人員運用現(xiàn)代的物資管理技術(shù)，結(jié)合自身實際情況，進(jìn)行有效的物資管理工作。只有做好物資管理工作，才能保證建設(shè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的正常進(jìn)行和不斷擴(kuò)大；搞好物資管理工作，不僅能夠改善建設(shè)企業(yè)的各項經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)，取得較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益；也有利于建設(shè)企業(yè)提高產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力，在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中贏得自己的一席之地。二、物資管理的概論物資管理的定義物資管理是企業(yè)管理中一項基本的不可或缺的活動。建筑施工企業(yè)中的物資管理，是對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動所需各種物資的計劃編制、采購訂貨、運輸組織、庫存保管、合理供應(yīng)、領(lǐng)發(fā)、回收等各項管理工作的總稱（物資管理流程圖，圖11）。 編制采購計劃 信息反饋 物資采購物資檔案管理物資驗收 材料收集物資入庫 物資發(fā)放管理廢舊物資回收 圖11：物資管理流程圖
