【正文】 摘要 農(nóng)村合作經(jīng)濟組織是在家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制的基礎(chǔ)上的創(chuàng)新。農(nóng)村合作經(jīng)濟組織是在農(nóng)民自愿的前提下聯(lián)合起來形成合作社，合作社與有關(guān)組織、企業(yè)聯(lián)合從事經(jīng)濟活動的一中經(jīng)濟組織。農(nóng)村合作經(jīng)濟組織的特征是平等、自愿、民主、互惠，本著利益共沾、風(fēng)險公擔(dān)的原則。我國的農(nóng)村合作經(jīng)濟組織還處于探尋期，遇到一系列問題很正常，關(guān)鍵是找出解決的辦法。當(dāng)前，無論是合作社群眾、干部的思想意識，還是農(nóng)村合作經(jīng)濟的法律法規(guī)建設(shè)都不如人意，存在著大量的問題等待解決。對群眾和干部進行相關(guān)教育，彌補合作精神缺失的現(xiàn)狀，國家政策上向農(nóng)村合作組織經(jīng)濟傾斜都顯得很是必要。我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國，三農(nóng)問題一直都是國家重點建設(shè)的焦點。增加農(nóng)民收入，提高農(nóng)民生活水平，是國家的責(zé)任，更是國家長治久安的必然。農(nóng)村合作組織在我國良好的開展將一定程度上有利于國家解決三農(nóng)問題。有效利用好新農(nóng)村合作組織經(jīng)濟將會大大促進我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展，也是發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的一條創(chuàng)新之路。關(guān)鍵詞：新農(nóng)村合作經(jīng)濟組織 農(nóng)業(yè) 教育 人才 合作意識 法律完善 政策保障 AbstractThe rural organization for economic cooperation in the household contract responsibility system is based on innovation.
