試論企業(yè)管理中的激勵問題摘 要近幾年來,人力資源不再像過去那樣被當(dāng)作一種成本,而作為一種重要資源越來越被企業(yè)重視。激勵是人力資源開發(fā)的重要手段,它表現(xiàn)為對人的需求欲望予以適當(dāng)滿足或限制,而實(shí)質(zhì)是人在追求某種既定目標(biāo)時(shí)的愿意程度。在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,隨著競爭的加劇,企業(yè)面臨著巨大的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。人才作為企業(yè)的靈魂,在企業(yè)的發(fā)展中起著不可替代的作用。如何激勵自身員工,以獲取競爭優(yōu)勢,是當(dāng)前企業(yè)普遍面臨的問題。激勵在鼓舞員工士氣、提高員工素質(zhì)、增強(qiáng)組織凝聚力等方面起著十分重要的作用。本文分析了激勵的特點(diǎn)與激勵在企業(yè)管理中的重要性,以及激勵在企業(yè)管理運(yùn)用當(dāng)中所存在的一些問題,并針對這些問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決方法與策略,并對激勵在企業(yè)未來發(fā)展中的趨勢做了詳細(xì)的闡述。關(guān)鍵詞:企業(yè)管理,激勵,策略,原則,發(fā)展的趨勢On the issue of management incentivesABSTRACTIn recent years, human resources, as in the past no longer are treated as a cost and resources as an important emphasis on more and more enterprises.
