【正文】 甘肅政法學院本科學年論文（設計）題 目 我國逆向物流發(fā)展中存在的問題及應對措施 經(jīng)濟管理學 院 物流管理 專業(yè)2013 級物流管理 班 學 號： 201321070151 姓 名： 張麗娟 指導教師： 史青濤 成 績：___________________ 完成時間： 2015 年 12 月 1我國逆向物流發(fā)展中存在的問題及應對措施 張麗娟[內容摘要]隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟水平的不斷提高，人們對生產生活的需求也不斷增多。計算機網(wǎng)絡的普及使得人們的信息交流渠道得以拓展，交流速度和頻率均有了較大提高。而且隨著信息產業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，涌現(xiàn)出了一大批新興產業(yè)，其中就有網(wǎng)上購物、物流業(yè)等，特別是物流產業(yè)，雖然起步晚，但是發(fā)展卻特別迅速在實際的生活中，我們過多的關注正向物流，而忽視了逆向物流管理。逆向物流就是從客戶手中回收用過的、過時的或者損壞的產品和包裝開始，直至最終處理環(huán)節(jié)的過程，它是在整個產品生命周期中對產品和物資進行完整的、有效的協(xié)調和高效的利用過程，通過逆向物流管理，企業(yè)可以占據(jù)領先競爭對手的地位，獲得更多的市場空間。本文通過敘述逆向物流的含義，說明了逆向物流的重要作用和意義，分析了我國逆向物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，在此基礎上提出了我國逆向物流發(fā)展中存在的一些問題，最后就如何促進逆向物流在我國更好的發(fā)展問題，在策略和具體操作層面給出了應對措施。[關鍵詞]逆向物流 現(xiàn)狀分析 應對措施Abstract: With the continuous development of society and the improvement of the economic level, people39。s demand for production and life has been increased.
