This paper explains the basis of teacherstudent interaction between teachers and students, and analyzed the influence factors of interaction between teachers and students, and puts forward some Suggestions to realize munication and solving countermeasures.當前師生交往存在的問題，成因與對策研究導言教師與學生之間的關系問題是教育研究中一個古老而又常喚起人們重新思考的話題。傳統理論與實踐對師生關系表述中極具代表性的，一是赫爾巴特提出的教師中心論，即認為教師具有絕對的權威，應該而且能夠主宰一切，學生只是被動的接受教育，應一切聽從教師。二是以杜威為代表的學生中心論，即主張以學生的活動為中心，重視學生的生活經驗，否定教師的主導作用。此外，還有“教師主導，學生主體論”等觀點。這些觀點都試圖解決教育活動中師生關系這一對矛盾，但實踐證明，他們都沒有解決好，只是從一個極端走向了另一個極端。交往是指
