Maintenance Items檢修項(xiàng)目No.序號(hào)Inspecting, Measuring and Adjusting Items檢查、測(cè)量、調(diào)整項(xiàng)目1Inspect turning gear.檢查盤車裝置2Inspect Bear 14, turning gear oil inlet orifice, and make proper precautions.檢查1~4軸瓦、盤車進(jìn)油孔，并做好防護(hù)措施3Visually inspect if the bearing alloy is intact or not, inspect, measure and adjust the contact of lower bearing pad block and the contacting between bearing and shaft, check the interference between bearings and regulate parameters to ensure that they would meet the erection standard of manufacturer.檢查外觀、巴氏合金是否完好，檢查、測(cè)量、調(diào)整軸瓦下瓦墊鐵的接觸情況，軸瓦與軸接觸情況，測(cè)量軸瓦間隙緊力，調(diào)整各數(shù)值達(dá)到汽輪機(jī)廠家安裝要求4Check the contacting of Bearing 3amp。4 anchor bolts and lower bearing pad block and make adjustment if necessary. Measure the clearance and interference, check and adjust the contact between generator shaft and lower bearing.檢查4軸瓦地腳螺栓、軸瓦下瓦墊鐵的接觸情況，必要時(shí)調(diào)整。測(cè)量間隙及緊力，檢查、調(diào)整發(fā)電機(jī)軸與下瓦接觸情況5Measure shaft journal swing degree, ovality and bending degree.測(cè)量軸頸晃度、橢圓度和彎曲度6Inspect, measure and adjust coupling rotor alignment.檢查、測(cè)量、調(diào)整聯(lián)軸器轉(zhuǎn)子中心7Inspect, measure and adjust all bearing oil baffle clearance.檢查、測(cè)量、調(diào)整各軸瓦油擋間隙8Assemble pipes, instruments and electrical system of bearing and bearing housing.恢復(fù)軸瓦、軸承箱管道、儀表、電氣系統(tǒng)。9Trial run the turbine and detect the vibration.試運(yùn)汽輪機(jī)，檢測(cè)汽輪機(jī)振動(dòng)情況II. + {0 ^。 x。 Tamp。 [1 TManning: 1 supervisor, 6 technicians, 3 others.檢修組織：檢修負(fù)責(zé)人1人，檢修技術(shù)員、技工6名，其他人員3人。III.
